Beautiful accommodations, hosts and housemates made our stay exceptional. We will have forever memories of our time in Merida. Be sure to take one of Dave's tours; our whole house had a ball!

The atmosphere was relaxed and very friendly. We enjoyed interacting with the other guests. Our room faced the pool. Each morning we awoke to the sounds of the birds. Even though we were in the city it felt like we were staying in a tropical forest. The breakfasts were delicious. The room was very comfortable especially the bed. The shower was a rain shower next to a planted indoor garden with an opening to the sky. Soft pleasant music is piped throughout the property. The pool is heated. The water for the pool is from an underground Cenotes! Each day the room is cleaned. There is a split mini in the room to heat or cool the room and a ceiling fan. The wall facing the pool was all glass with drapes for privacy. This added to the sense of being in a tropical forest. The room was equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and two plates and silverware. The TV streamed Netflix. There was sufficient storage for clothing. We were very comfortable for our six night stay.

amazing gem on our trip. you cannot think of better hosts. best gourmet style breakfast which is different every day. as previous guests described, you very quickly become part of the family. thanks guys for this!

The villa is beautiful, comfortable, exceptionally clean and everything that you might need has been thought about as the hosts like to travel themselves and this is reflected in their attention to detail. The pool and seating areas are a lovely place to relax and cool down after a busy day sightseeing.

The hosts were fabulous and made us feel like home. The breakfasts were delicious and the hotel was super cute, we had a lovely stay and would recommend this B&B.

Patrick and Dave have created something very special. They put their whole heart in this place! It feels like home but with the service and facilities of a top rate hotel. The breakfast is just perfect, the pool and the roof terrace are great. The dogs are just so sweet, we loved them! We will sure return to this place!

Everything was perfect. Hosts make you feel like home. pool is really nice and always opened. breakfast is nicely prepared and served with nice chats. would have stayed longer.

We stayed for 5 nights at 82. Dave and Patrick are fantastic hosts. You get more the feeling of being a friend than a customer. The house has a beautiful courtyard and comfortable beds. Breakfast was delicious and different every day. And they had great suggestions for trips and restaurants.

Dave and Patrick are the ultimate hosts. If you’re looking a quaint Adult only B&B this is your place. Located in a quiet residential area, with a quick walk to the city center. Beautiful pool and terrace, well appointed spacious rooms with open air showers. They offer one of the best breakfasts of any hotel. Dave’s recommendations and informative tours are top notch! They even joined us for some dinners and happy hour. It was the perfect 4 day stay in Merida.

Everything! It is a beautiful, well designed house. Dave and Patrick are wonderful hosts, so friendly, so willing to help make your vacation memorable and they have a wealth of knowledge on the whole area. The ambience is so relaxing. We left having made new friends over the Happy Hour’s interesting conversations and delicious wine and appies. I must add, breakfasts were delicious, with all guests around a beautifully set table, sharing their plans for the day. We will definitely be back!
