Susanna is friendly and helpful which shows me the easier parking in Palermo. Rooms are spacious with individual bathroom.

The owners were very kind, we particularly appreciated the breakfast and the location. The structure was also good and quite clean. Overall, I would suggest this solution to a friend

I think that the price was a little high for the service considering the season (which is low in Italy).

Susanne is so nice as to prepare breakfast for the guests. There are bread and cakes, warm cofee/expresso, cereal/yoghurt, juice and fresh fruit. It even surprises me that a B&B cleans the room everyday. Regarding location, it is a must to have car to access the location. There are enough spaces for private (inside the property) parking - feel much more save than street parking ;)) Both Diego and Susanne are very nice and helpful. I can see they put their heart in their work.

The place has a lovely garden, parking, it’s comfortable and the staff and owner are super nice. Very practical if you have a car.

It was a pleasure to start a day with a coffee on a nicely set patio and have a chat with staff or the owner. Glad they spoke English, as I don't speak any Italian! They were very friendly and helpful. The room had a good size bed and an aircon. Everything was spotless. Good value for the money. Thank you!

Very good property, nice room with all the amenities, fair breakfast offered by the host at very affordable price. Susanna is very welcoming and excellent host.

Own transportation needed which I knew at the booking time. Poor and unstable internet.
