Great location, clean and spacious condo. check in easy and convenient. Only criticism is master bed not super comfortable, and counter stools would be nice. Would return to this condo!

Beautiful, remodeled condo-great space to spread out. Close to beach. Stayed with our young family who loved the pool and picking shells on the beach. Simple check in/check out process !! Would highly recommend

My family of five (with 3 kids under 7) had an amazing stay here! The property was impeccably clean and had all the things we needed (a blender, plastic dishes for kids to use, coffee maker, pool noodles, beach towels, beach umbrella, etc.). The whole complex was beautifully maintained and this unit was really nicely updated and felt bright and spacious. There was enough furniture to be very comfortable but not too much extra decor for kids to get into/potentially damage. The bedrooms were spacious and we loved the extra sink in the master bath area. My only tiny complaint would be that the master bed mattress was extremely firm and I would’ve loved a memory foam topper. But that’s a personal preference and overall such a small part of our experience here. I wouldn’t change another thing! The pool is just outside and the beautiful white sand beach is a very short walk from the condo down a boardwalk. The condo was also equipped with board games and puzzles for the family. The only thing we really needed to bring were the life jackets our kids wore. We were also happily surprised that the complex was generally quiet and there were lots of families with kids so nothing loud at night. Overall, I’d highly recommend Sundial and this particular unit to anyone coming to the island!!

It was an easy process and when trpubles came up they were fixed quickly

This was our first time to Sanibel and it was absolutely amazing. The accommodations were perfect, clean, spacious and great location to the beach. We hope to return again the same time next year. One suggestion for the unit would be a frw bar stools at the counter, otherwise everything you could want or need.

Everything was great! Condo was very clean and in a wonderful location. We would definitely stay there again.

Great, up to date condo with lots of room

Excellent, up to date condo with lots of living space. As Sanibel condos go, the interior of this is as new as you are going to find. Plenty of space to spread out. Modern touches. This unit must have been gutted and redone recently. Nice changes made throughout. Bathroom areas. very functional. Would rent again!

Exceptional! All friendly and helpful. The cleaning supervisor- inspector was very nice and helpful.

Nice condominium as part of the Sundial Resort. We are not allowed to use any of the water sports equipment at the main pool. Otherwise nice place and nice restaurants.

Property was great clean well Equipped and was very close to the oil and beach. Love that it had a lower level made it easy to get in and out from the oil and beach with the two littles. The tvs were smart tvs so that was Greta too. Only thing I would say is they should have had bar stools for the kitchen The purchasing was easy however again when we actually called the lady was very rude

We traveled with another couple and we all thought that everything was wonderful! Super easy hassle free c heck in/out. Spacious interior and large balcony with comfy furniture. The condo layout of rooms allowed for plenty of common area as well as privacy for guests with enough quality furniture to accommodate all. The entire condo was super clean with a well appointed kitchen. The grounds were very well kept with easy access to the pool and beach. Plenty of chairs, floaties, and beach toys which were stored in a ground level screened storage area with access from the balcony via a spiral staircase. This area also had outdoor furniture that made it another private seating area with a door to access the pool/beach. We really liked the fact that are two separate entrance ways. The front entrance gave easy access to the covered garage and the rear entrance gave easy access to the pool/beach. All in all the accommodations exceeded our initial expectations. We uninamimously agreed that this is a stress-free, worry-free, trouble-free , no-hassle place to regularly come back to for a relaxing vacation!

Loved the space - very open and large space. Clean condo and updated amenities. Was perfect for the 4 of us for 5 days. The lanai access with beach accessories was perfect for us - beach chairs and the umbrella. We flew to Florida, so we weren’t able to bring those items. The resort itself was beautiful and great location to the beach, pool, restaurants, etc. I would definitely recommend and would love to stay again.

It was a fabulous week and the accommodations were well suited to our family. Proximity to the pool and beach were easy for 2 of us with back issues to maneuver! I've stayed at many other Sanibel and Captiva accommodations and the beach was usually a long walk, dragging beach umbrellas, chairs, etc. This was so much more pool/beach accessible! Definitely a first class experience! Everyone I dealt with was pleasant, and super helpful!

The condo was spacious and comfortable. It is located in the middle of Sanibel. Nice distance for a walk or bike ride to restaurants and shops. Would be interested in leasing or buying this condo in the future. Great stay !!!!!!!!!

excellent location with seamless check in and very clean unit

Our stay was from March 14 to the 21st. We called on March 12th to see if we could postpone our stay to later in the year as COVID-19 was becoming a major issue. We were told all we could do is cancel our reservation and if someone re-booked our times, we would be credited for it. I told them it was highly unlikely that anyone would be looking to book a trip last minute with a pandemic going on. Faced with losing our money and not being able to have another family vacation, we drove 20 hours down as we feared flying with 3 little kids(the airline gave us our money back.) After the long trip, we checked in and the condo was very dirty, the chair in the living room was covered in crumbs. After calling to complain and spending an hour and half disinfecting the whole place, the cleaning people came and helped finish up. They stated the owner had stayed there before us and probably cleaned themselves and not hired a cleaning crew. Fast forward to mid week and the beaches were being closed by the Governor and most states were banning gatherings of more than 10 and dining in at restaurants. With 3 little kids at risk we decided to cut our loses and drive home on Weds AM. We called the property and told them we were leaving and that we would like to be refunded for the days we were leaving based on the pandemic. We were informed that that couldn't be done, but that week the owner decided to allow people to reschedule their trips, which is all we wanted from the start. All in all we spent more days driving than we actually stayed in the condo. The unwillingness of the owner and property management to work with us to reschedule or give us a refund on the days we didn't stay was beyond disappointing. I would not book through this property management or owner ever again.

Except for the problem with the air conditioning which was solved before we went to bed, we were very happy with the apt and our stay.
