The food and the beach was nice

All the rooms need to be upgraded, the bathroom had one light with the floor so sticky we didn't shower for the whole stay. The bedsheet, the duvet cover and pillows were stinking and we asked them to change multiple times yet it was stinking. There were mosquitoes, Lizards and bed bugs that kept us awake all night and we have rashes all out body

the staff is not friendly the service and shower was terrible more than customer satisfaction, this hotel is more interested in extorting money without guaranteeing value for money, we spent our first night as a married couple here and we wouldn’t have a worse experience than we had. this is not even registered as a part of Serena hotels chain, they are using a big brand name to fool people and additionally making a bad reputation for the original Serena. we would like to flag this for other customers who would be swayed by this marketing fad, please don’t fall for it. Also Serena hotels should report this place for existing under their name. please make sure if you’re a young couple looking to stay at a decent resort, avoid this place. Its extortive, no human decency in the general manager and so much negative attitude in the name of customer service.
