Too many tourists!

Bed was very comfortable.

Food was expensive and not value for money. Buildings are tired.

A number of activities to keep one busy. There was boat riding, fishing, cheese tasting, game drives, walking with the cheater. Feeding the lions & walking with elephants were not available whilst there though.

Food variety could be better. They ran out of some food options on the 1st night. Mattress could be firmer. Internet wasn’t great.

Very nice location but difficult to get to particularly with the heavy rains. The road had been recently graded but was still quite precarious.

No complaints BUT we were not given a receipt for our stay. Staff stated the computer was down but even though I left my email address I did not even get an excuse. I needed this for my accounts. I have tried to call the office but no answer. This has spoilt my initial impression which was very positive.

The facility and activities were great, enjoyed the cheese tasting, game drive , boat cruise and fishing was a fantastic adventure

Breakfast was quite disappointing, they kept running out of some of the foods like baked beans, brown bread, butter, coffee, cocao or hot choclate and the variety was below expectation. Lesser lodges provide far wider variety and the service itself seemed a bit disorganized

the breakfast was very economical with food finishing before arriving in the dining hall

i was harrased by staff. i was told that my booking.com confirmed booking was not recognised because they did not open up for booking. i was asked to pay more money on arival. i ened up paying double the money that i booked for with alot of unreasonable addition. in the end after i stood my ground., they still found a reason to charge me more. my total bill was now around eleven thousand. im yet to confirm with the bank if my card was not deducted during the confirmed booking.
