Loved the huge, comfortable house. We stayed there for 2 nights, the house was really clean with complete set of cooking and dining utensil. The beds were nice, hot water work well in most of the bathrooms., there's one bathroom upstair the hot water didn't work properly.

Unfortunately, the microwave didn't work properly, and the oven plate was dirty, seemed it hasn't been cleaned by the previous guest.

Overall villa condition is good

A very spacious house and we love the rooms without walls or partitions- suitable for families to hang out. Beds are good. Garden is nicely maintained even though we did find plastics in the flowers. Staff is nice. Pre-arrival info was very good.

The house is just old, especially the bathroom and "dirty" kitchen what Indonesians called the 2nd kitchen has old equipments and they were small cockroaches there. Hard not to find them in Indonesia though..

The villa is quite big and suitable for big family There are two kitchens, Indonesian usually call them 'clean kitchen' and 'dirty kitchen. You normally prepare beverages and snacks in clean kitchen and do the cooking in dirty kitchen. This is quite handy for us. Washing machine is available. Friendly, flexible and helpful staff

In booking.com, the swimming pool is included in the price of the villa, but unfortunately we have to pay for it. We contacted the owner asking about it and the owner said that we need to contact her first, before going to the pool and this arrangement is free for 4 people only. Since that information is not written in booking.com, currently we are trying to refund the swimming pool cost via booking.com. Until today, we are still waiting the result. We had to clean water cooker, microwave (very dirty), before we can use them. The microwave doesn't work. Bath rooms don't work smoothly, however we still can manage them. Wifi was down during our stay, the staff replaced it with a prepaid internet bundle with limited quota. We need to call and wait the staff to top-up the quota, if the quota runs out.
