Localização excelente, fácil acesso, anfitrião bem atencioso

El anfitrión un 10/10 super atento en todo momento! El depa muy cómodo y acogedor! Todo muy bien!

The parking place is extremely tight ( we were travelling with a Duster). We left the car in the area for sharing park and it was a nightmare with the people calling us in the flat to change the place of the car. The flat itself is in a very bad shape. Fridge was full of ice inside because it was not clean for a while. The washing machine was all broken outside and not clean inside. The mattresses in very bad shape. Windows broken. One is the staked bed broken and shaking. The proprietary was contacting us almost every day with something.... he did not use any payment method directly from Booking, and then he was the whole time before our arrival trying to get the money and always trying to force me to commit to staying there (.before the free cancellation period ended). It was annoying and it was not very clear to me why he was doing this. Once I arrived at the flat I understood why.... the flat is in very bad shape... so he needs to secure that the flat is rented. The flat is in a general good area in Porto Alegre, it is in the ground floor. All neighbouring flats have fences in the door ( typical for Brazilian flats and houses) except this flat..this made me feel that I was not safe. Basically, if you have kids and specially if you have a baby I definitely do not recommend this place.

I hate to complain but I will be honest here . The location is great .The apartment is also great because it has everything we need with exceptions like things that won't work . The security people that works in the building they all great people too. the neighbors are great people .

The tvs weren't working properly, remote controls all out or broken , dressers full of old clothing witch created moph so it doesn't smell too great in there. the water was mild not hot water available on one of the bathrooms . It was cold there so no hot water is a big problem . the garage was way too small for my rented vehicle so I had to find my ways. When I arrived the keys weren't available . I had to wait for 25 minutes until arrive. And when I left that was absolutely no one to collect the keys from me . I tried numerous times to contact the secretary and owner but no answer for a while so I had no choice but to leave the keys with security. In my rumble opinion the owner just have to do some work on that place . put new beds , new bedsheets , new mattresses , new pillows . Its ok that the apartment is old. but its not ok that most things are old or not working properly. Theres another thing that I didn't liked too much . Before I arrived the owner was insistently asking me to send document numbers by email witch for me is a security issue to send this by email but I had to send it anyway . Hes justification was so the security would know us at arrival. I did email my documents but regardless the security people didn't even know we were arriving that day . The owner is a great guy but he doesn't live localy . I believe that's why things weren't so great because he depends on the secretary to do everything . I do recommend the place for families yes they just need to do some work there .
