I loved the location of it and everything was very convenient in the area. It did not say you had to pay for your parking up front. Never been in a condo where they ask you to wipe everything down and empty the trash in all rooms and start a load of clothes and tips.

I 101 was just as advertised It was clean and was very nice Loved being on 1st floor with the pool right outside, The beach was just steps away. And liked having the tiki bar. Loved being able to take my dog. Will definitely come back😀

This was our 2nd time staying in this unit. We’ve also rented other units from Lynn through the years. She is an awesome host!!!
This unit is the perfect location for our family to enjoy the convenience of the pool and the pet walk!!
It was very clean and has such a great layout for our family!! We also love being able to bring our fur baby!!
We will definitely be back for many years to come!

I loved the location of this condo, directly on the pool & the beach! It is so convenient. Check in & out was easy, I never had an issue with parking! My bed was super comfortable!
My only issue was the condo didn't come with any of the things I'm used to: basic kitchen necessities (seasoning, kcups, really anything you would need) or things you'd need for an extended stay. We had to buy cleaning products, more toilet tissue & paper towels, etc. My friends stayed in the same complex & had all of these things so I can't say it's a property thing. For the amount of money we paid, we could have gotten 2 rolls of paper towels & more toilet tissue.

I hate to give up this fantastic secret but I will because of our wonderful host. Look no further than this location. You have found the right place. Condo is ground floor. Pool and grill accessible. Steps too the beach. Perfection!!!! Lynn is amazing and the condo is beautiful. Comfy beds as well!!! Security always . Super easy check in and checkout. I was totally comfortable with my five year old granddaughter here. This is definitely going to be our beach “go to”. Thank you Lynn !!!

Perfect first floor condo in front of pool and beachfront. Very accommodating and great for kids. Loved the patio which is where we relaxed most of time.

Our family enjoyed our stay so much!! The condo was very spacious and accommodating for our whole family. We had our 6 grandchildren with us and being so close to the pool and the easy access to the beach was perfect!!
1st floor was absolutely the best choice for us!!

Lynn was awesome, overall it was a great stay. Great location and access. Inside was great. LOVED we could check in early and bring our doggies! Only downside was the $90 parking fees and $40 arm band fees, which we’re only required to enter the pool. Not needed for any other reason. Seems excessive when we already pay other fees, and was not aware of those fees and requirements until we checked in. With that said, I loved this condo and would stay again and recommend it to others.

We stayed at this property for 6 nights and it was amazing! The location was the best party. Ground floor and easy access to the pool, beach, and grill. The condo had everything we needed in it to be comfortable for the week. The property owner was awesome to work with and made our stay more enjoyable! 10 out of 10 recommended to stay here. We are already planning our next visit!

The property was easy to find. Being on the first floor meant no traipsing up stairs or waiting on elevators. All three beds are immensely comfortable, and if you are bringing more people than bedspace, the couch is also comfortable enough to sleep on. Having direct access to both the pool and a very short walk to the beach was excellent as well.

Lynn is an amazing host. The property and room was beautiful. The only reason I can’t give a perfect 5 star is because of the parking. If you’re in Tower 1, unless you have a handicapped parking space you have to park across he street in Tower 2 and walk across he street or go to the skybridge and walk over.

Condo unit 101 was just perfect for our family. With 4 adults, 2 children and a small dog, we had so much room to spread out and enjoy our stay. The condo was beautifully furnished, the beds were so comfortable and we didn’t run out of hot water!!! We will certainly be booking with this condo next year!! Thanks for having us!

The condo is just as advertised. The kitchen is well stocked, the furniture is in good shape and the beds are comfortable. It is a great location if you have a disabled person and/or pet with you. Lynn is fantastic to work with and I would rent from her again with no hesitation.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this Grand Panama condo! Very accessible to the beach, pool, grilling area, and to take our pets potty! Location is right in the middle of many shops and restaurants. Clean and pet friendly! Gated patio right next to the hot tub and pool. We would book again for another stay! Owners reply fast and take care of any questions promptly! 🤗

We loved having the 1st floor and being right by the pool, grills and secret dog walk path to our back door. Helpful when using walker and wheelchair.

We loved our stay in unit 101. We had everything we needed. A couple of the tvs wouldn't work but the owner came right away and fixed them. It had a waffle maker, popcorn machine, blender, air fryer and smart pot. It also had plenty of dishes and cookware. The location at grand panama was probably the best unit in the building. Gate leads right out to grills, pool and dog walk. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location of the property. Very nice to have three bedroom and a sectional sofa in property. Condo has all you need. Loved being able to walk out to pool deck directly from the patio area. Had small issues while there and Lynn was the best in helping with the problem! Would love to stay there again!

We had such a great time in Panama City Beach and the location of this condo was perfect! The easy access to the pool and beach were much appreciated by our group when we laid out during the nice weather and we could periodically check on our dog to make sure he had what he needed throughout the day. The condo had everything we needed except for pool towels but we just purchased a few and left them behind for the next guests. Lovely area to take walks with our dog each day and convenient location to all of the sites we wanted to see. We would definitely recommend this unit and this location to our friends and family! Thanks for a great, relaxing stay!!

We loved this condo. Our unit was perfect for us. Easy pool and beach access. My son who is in a wheelchair, had easy access to everything including inside the unit. Wide doors and room inside the unit itself. Beautiful decor. We needed some extra things for our stay because my son is a dialysis patient and Lynn accommodated us without hesitation. She even helped us with information on a wheelchair that made specific for the beach, which he loved! Only thing I would recommend would be a light above the dining table. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.
