The position directly next to the beach.

The filter for the pool was directly next to our room and it was like sitting in a plane about to start. We had to ask them before going to bed to switch it off. When we arrived I dropped something under the bed and was disgusted to find not only what I‘d dropped but fluff, dirt, cigarettes, underwear,masks and lots of unidentifiable things that had probably been there for months. We asked for the room to be cleaned the next morning. This was done in such a sloppy manner that the cobwebs and fluff in each corner of the room wasn’t touched. We are really not fussy people and realize that standards in other countries are different but this was just dirty and not acceptable for a room of this price!

The Santai bistrot was a nice place. Food was delicious, ate there for all 3 meals. The chicken coconut curry was one of the best i had. The beach is super near and clean. Staff were helpful in the bistrot and reception lady was nice. The swimming pool was awesome, had a good relaxing evening

The room was below average since only 2 of the bulbs were working. Was dark during the day. Bathroom door was very loud when opening and closing. Found some big lumps of dust near the beds. Staff in the bistrot are a bit slow when taking orders.

the room was dirty when we arrived, the staff is absent (couldn’t book any activities), the water evacuation in the bathroom doesn’t work and there is water everywhere

Hotel is beside beach with sounds of waves, nice view with chill air at nights.

It's in opposite side of ferry station, the road is like mountain area one, must use 4 wheel drive, drivers force to get in the fwd's back box like luggages if group of people. This hotel doesn't arrange transport when I requested in chat & call, they said will see & kept quiet only. We are 3 guys got wet in the rain while back to ferry from hotel, bcs we were at back of hilux without roof. Driver doesn't care about all this & not slow driving. Dear friends try to get hotels in tekek or same side of that area. Will be easy for transport, I saw some normal cars also there.

Excellent location, just next step to Kg Juara jetty. Spent earlier days at other 4star resort but I feel like repeating to this santai bistro compared to earlier resort, makan pun senang!

Cleanliness to be improved No TV provided but internet coverage very good

The Location and the View. The room quite Big and its value for the Money that I paid. The foods are good and there are a lot restaurant nearby. Its suitable for Privacy as the Bach not so crowded.

No transport service provided and Its quite Expensive when we hire a Driver for takes us from TEKEK to JUARA. Its cost e RM30 per person. Beside on next day when we wanted to travel to TEKEK and rest of the place the transport Cost me 350 for 2 Hours. Which is more expensive than my room.

The room was spacious and the toilet is new. the pool was surprisingly big. it is located right in front of private beach.

there were sand on the floor when we checked in.
