Bilik berbau lama dan kepam
Bilik air kotor, berlumut yang sebenarnya boleh tanggal jika dicuci dengan betul.
Meja berminyak tidak dilap dengan betul.

no wifi in room unless those rooms near to lobby..room toilets n rooms tables lots of ants..lizards stools stained on wall..informed staff that someome vomitted in pool but she dint do anything..

The location, close to the jetty.
The room was understandably dated with worn out furnitures and bedsheet. However it was disappointing to see that the room was not cleaned properly. The carpet was dirty and did not seem to be vacuumed.

staffs were extremely helpful and friendly. No doubt service was good.
Facilities are old and some of the wooden chair and table have bugs. Carpet wasn’t cleaned well and there were lots of hole on it. Stains were all over the toilet and the tap was loose so need a thorough upgrade. This price in KL can get a very decent room.

Location close to ferry port.
Location close to the ferry but facilities and cleanliness needs a huge upgrade. Washroom was moldy and run down. Hotel beds has sand on it. Not impressed.

Poorly maintained bathroom. Mould stains in bathroom & dirty grout lines. cracked toilet seat..
