Valentina was absolutely brilliant, anything you need she will sort it out for you. Beautiful Villa, clean, breakfast was wonderful. Salvatore was fantastic, collected us from the port when we arrived and took us back for our ferry back to the mainland.

The Villa is beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable, we used the pool and it’s fantastic.

It's a lovely villa that feels cozy, quiet with only small number of rooms and guests. The host and staff were friendly and helpful. There is a small pool area which is lovely for a swim and sunbathe. Breakfast is not a buffet but served when arrived. It's great for the value.

The bed isn't the most comfortable as it feels pretty stiff and the bedsheets feels rough. The room fragrance diffuser oil is rather empowering. Please note this villa isn't in the main Capri Town. It's about 10-15 minutes bus ride, with one bus change. The villa in the Anacapri town area and still there's about another 15-20 minutes to the Villa from Anacapri town. You can take the bus from Anacapri Town, there is a bus stop just 5 mins walk from the villa.

Our next stop after staying here was a 5 star hotel in Amalfi. The breakfast here was better! Wonderful food and great personal service from Valentina, couldn't do enough for us to make sure it was excellent every morning.

Not much noise insulation between rooms. We were fine but light sleepers may not like how much can be heard from neighbouring rooms.

Valentina and her husband go above and beyond to make your stay a perfect experience. We enjoyed the most delicious mouthwatering breakfast as well as coffee breaks with fresh homemade cakes. We received great recommendations for a hike a longside the coast, they organized dinner reservations including pickup and drop off. All in all a perfect stay.

The only aspect that could be improved is the noise insulation of the rooms.

The villa is located in a beautiful, quiet location, surrounded by a very beautiful garden. Very nice terrace for breakfast which was rich and tasty. The room was spacious and comfortable, with good functioning air conditioning. I'm very grateful to Salvatore for providing me with guidance about arrival to Capri as my flight was delayed, thanks to which I managed to take the last ferry to Capri, arrived to villa at 23:00 and Valentina was waiting for me. Check-in in such late hour is not trivial! I also appreciated all the tips given by Valentina about attractions and transportation in the area, as well as free of charge service to send my bags to the port's storage for my next journey while I still could enjoy Anacapri half a day with free hands.

The location is quiet far from the center, ~25 mins by walk. If you go up to the center in August heat, it's not easy even if you're in shape. If you return in the evening, as you distance from the center, there's a very poor lighting - not a pleasant walk, especially for a solo woman traveler. There're buses with good frequency in this period but my personal experience was that it's not always convenient to catch a bus when you need it. The mattress and the pillow were very much not comfortable. The mattress was extremely hard and surprisingly was replaced (not per my request) in the last night by a very soft mattress which was lacking support, but I believe the hosts had good intention. The walls between the rooms are lacking isolation and you can easily hear what other guests are doing and saying... The towels need refreshing, they're very old and not pleasant to use. There was a problem with drainage in the shower, every few minutes I had to stop the water and wait, otherwise it was causing a flood outside the shower.

Valentina and Salvatore are super kind and treated us so nicely. They were always available for tips and help us during our stay there. They've also offered a luggage service on our last day so we could enjoy the entire day without worrying about it. Breakfast is great with a view of the olives and lemon tree garden. Breakfast is delicious, with plenty of homemade pastries cakes and pastries. The property was 15 min walking to the Anacapri city centre but also a nearby bus stop.

Our host Valentina was so lovely and helpful! She gave great recommendations and welcomed us with a refreshing ice cold lemon juice on our arrival. The gardens of the grounds are also beautiful.

Good location, in Anacapri, about 10minutes walk from bus station. Nice breakfast, helpful and nice stuff.

Everything was perfect. Anna's villa looks like small paradise with lemon tree garden, blossoming flowers. Breakfast with home made bakery and fresh lemon juice was delicious. Location is just perfect, it's far away from noisy streets, you can only hear birds singing, but Anacapri is very close, it's 10-15 walk or few stops by bus, buses going quite often, so there is no issue. Also you can rent a scooter to explore the island, but better do it in advance, during the summer quite booked. Don't hesitate to book the place, was perfect choice for our vacation

I loved the property itself. One point re getting there. We got bus from Capri to centre of Anacapri and taxi from Anacapri to the accommodation. Taxi was way over priced for such a short journey. Suggest you either get taxi right from Capri to accommodation or get off at bus stop after the centre and walk (assuming not much luggage).

lemon garden

The owner Salvatore and his wife Valentina are incredible and really really helpful. They were very helpful by advising were to go and how we could use the transportation. They also arranged to pick us up from the port and transfer us to the hotel for much cheaper than renting a taxi. They also arranged for us to have a doctor at the hotel to have a PCR that we needed for our trip back to our country. The place is really cozy and Valentina’s breakfast and especially pancakes are amazing! They really make you feel comfortable and welcome you to their family.

Salvatore is the best. He went over and above helping us with everything we needed. He collected us from the harbour, helped us going around, answered all our questions and gave us many recommendations. The place is very peaceful clean and pleasant.

The room was beautiful, really nicely decorated, gorgeous evening light with a big terrace. Breakfast was enormous and tasty. The owners of this hotel are so kind, they helped me arrive to and from the port and gave me so much advice about what I should do during my stay. I would definitely stay here again! If you're not very active, you might need to find a way to navigate from the hotel to the centre of Anacapri, for example you could even hire a little scooter bike or make use of the plentiful taxis. I was happy to walk - it takes about 17mins (and I walk slowly) As a woman on my own, I was a little bit scared to walk back from Anacapri to the hotel at night but it was totally safe! There were lots of women walking around on their own too.

Personally, everything was perfect, but if you're not so active, maybe read what I wrote about about getting around. It's easy though, and the host offers you lots of options about how to get from the hotel to the centre so it's not a problem at all. Don't hesitate! Book this hotel for sure and you won't regret it :)

We spent the night at the Relais Villa Anna and it was amazing. The room is fully equipped with a vista on the lovely lemontrees. The room and equipment is clean, the bed is comfy, the bathroom is nice and modern. The lovely hostess Valentina and her husband welcomed us warmly and gave us lots of tips to make our stay in Anacapri the best. The next morning we had a great homemade breakfast in the terrace. I highly recommend this place as we certainly will come back there if we ever come back in Capri. Thanks for everything, Valentina! Cheers from Doris & Samir
