My name is Honorah Johnston i called booking .com to reserve my room in bendigo for a night as i havd breast cancer treatments,ongoing,its hard to travel straight through..we arrived at bendigo around 1.30 am,only to find No one around . No after hours call number and no key to let us in our room..this happened to me twice , that night /morning...very dissapointed and sore.😪

Room and facilities were very clean. I was staying for one overnight, and the room suited my purposes.

Had some difficulty operating the TV, but worked out what was needed to make it work.

retro styling, good shower, clean & tidy.

no cookies with the tea and coffee but I can live without.

Our room was very clean and had plenty of room. Good wi/fi and a great shower.

We felt our bed was a bit uncomfortable and the air conditioner/heater was the older style and the fan was a noisy but it worked very good.

The bed was very comfortable. Lighting was good for reading in bed. Plenty of room to park our car.

Was unaware that no cleaning done on Sunday's. Room didn't need it, but would have liked the bed made.

Very clean. Very basic, close to pubs for food and not far to ALDI too.
