Appartamento grande e ben fornito di tutto il necessario. Posizione assolutamente strategica per visitare la città. Se ci sarà una nuova occasione di venire a Venezia tornerò sicuramente qui.

Serdecznie polecam . Mieszkanie jest czyste, bardzo dobrze wyposażone, dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Byliśmy rodzina - wygodne łóżka, niezbędny sprzęt w kuchni. Wszędzie blisko , doskonała lokalizacja tuż przy moście Rialto. Cicha uliczka, kilka metrów dalej sklepy, restauracje itd. Na pewno kolejny raz gdy będziemy w Wenecji wybierzemy tutaj nocleg

Wszystko było ok. Ewentualnie można pomyśleć o soli , pieprzu drobnych przyprawach w kuchni.

Posizione comoda, centrale a pochi minuti dal vaporetto. Appartamento ampio ideale per famiglie.

La pulizia purtroppo approssimativa, il proprietario gentilmente ha proposto una pulizia per il giorno successivo, ma avendo una bimba piccola mia moglie aveva già pulito dove necessario. La temperatura dell'appartamento non può essere alzata, a gennaio 20,5 e' poco.

Our host, Alberto was always very responsive with all my questions. He had given us directions to the vaporetto and the Rialto Market stop. He allowed us to store our luggage, since we arrived in the morning. He was very helpful with directions to the apartments. We had two apartments, the Deluxe on the second floor, and the Penthouse on the top. The four ladies (two elderly) who went with us were able to climb the stairs and loved the Deluxe apartment. Alberto was the best host and even gave us restaurant ideas, The accomodations were so clean and handy to the best part of Venice and close to reasonable pastry shops, restaurants, shopping, etc. We walked all over Venice. A great place to stay!

I assumed it had an elevator, but it did not. We had two elderly ladies, yet they climbed the stairs just fine. Alberto, the owner, allowed us to use a downstairs closet to store their heavy suitcases, so it worked out.

Mieszkanie bardzo blisko mostu Rialto ;). Wspaniała baza wypadowa do eksplorowania Wenecji wyspiarskiej;) Alberto bardzo pomocny. Wzorowa komunikacja! Szybko i sprawnie uzyskaliśmy wszystkie potrzebne nam informacje! Opieka i zainteresowanie hosta przez cały pobyt! Polecam serdecznie!

Die Lage war super. Der Kanal ist gleich nebenan. Die Haltestelle Rialto Mercato ist schnell zu erreichen. Ein kleines Café mit sehr freundlicher Bedienung für Frühstück ist direkt vor der Haustür. Im Appartment gibt es aber auch Kaffeemaschine, Herd, Toaster, Kühlschrank, um sich selbst zum Frühstück zu versorgen. Ein Bäcker (Mauro) ist in der Nähe. Viele gut bewertete Restaurants sind schnell zu erreichen. Das Appartment ist wunderschön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Es gibt keine deutschen Fernsehsender, aber wir hatten dafür tablet mit und konnten mit Wlan darüber mit den Kindern in der Mediathek schauen. Die Koffer konnten wir nach dem Check-out noch unterstellen. Den Schlüssel und Zugang erhält man über einen Code, was wunderbar geklappt hat. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

We had two rooms, the penthouse and the deluxe room. They were both fantastic! Especially the deluxe room! Very clean and updated. I was so happily surprised. Alberto even let us keep our bags there in the ground level back room because we had an early arrival and then again on the day of checkout so that we could enjoy the city. Great value.

Ideal location, especially with kids, Farini pizzeria just round the back corner, deSpar opposite the Canal. Apartment well equipped, it had everything we needed!

The apartment was beautiful and clean. We had everything we need and the location was perfect.

We had family with teenagers, and we all were really satisfied. Exellent location, super clean, all needed facilites were available and even more! Host was really polife and friendly, very easy to communicate.

It was in a great location, walking distance to Rialto bridge and square. The guy Alberto was very helpful and answered our all questions promptly via whatsupp. Very clean rooms and all the facilities were in place and ready to use, even had coffee machine ☕ Ideal for families, enjoyed our stay in this apartment.l

Perfectly located near rialto but still quiet. Spacious rooms, clean, well serviced. We only met Alberto on whatsapp but was enough for us & always responded very quick. Some details could be better: temperature in the room was very low - this was fixed the second night onwards (thanks to Alberto) - but we were there in feb so most of the year no problem.
