Excellent breakfast and excellent coffee, served either in the dining or the outdoor patio -- both lovely.

The location was very nice, calm, and walkable. The room was comfortable and the owner was extremely friendly.

The hot water in the shower was not working properly, otherwise everything was great.

The Quiral is in a quiet location and the facilities are exceptional. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was delicious although we had to miss it on the second day due to an early start.

The hotel seemed “unloved” and has been allowed to decay since our last visit 4 years ago. Garden very untidy with discarded Xmas lights and broken furniture stored outside. A large hole in the dining room ceiling caused by water leak. A once fabulous hotel needs a make over.

Loved the location - near the center but a bit further away. Very close to restaurants in barrio Italia and within walking distance. Reception was very helpful in finding a laundromat for me. Great staff! Breakfast was amazing!! Loved it! They also made me a packed snack for an early morning flight

Breakfast was great; staff helpful; area close to the Italian quarter; damage by protesters minimal, good security and charming decor. Small private library for reading contained maps and local guides.

I paid at the front desk, not through booking.com. The hotel, like the airport, did not accept pre-paid cards. That's the only thing I'd change. Oh, and get a lift.

Bring your own body wash - soap was extremely floral and overwhelming Bathrooms seemed a little tired. Location was a few blocks away from a lot of demonstrations/civil unrest.
