The location was good

Comparing to the Favehotel in Seminyak, this one was pretty disappointing. The rooms were old and a bit uncared for, the breakfast wasn't as nice. I'd feel a bit more forgiving but this one is somehow more expensive than the much nicer one in Seminyak.

Close to the airport (5 minute taxi) for a late night arrival

Unfortunately the pool area is under renovation.

The facilities are old, and the room and quilt have a smell. There is no hair dryer, you have to ask the front desk to get it, and you are at a loss after washing your hair at night.

The area the hotel is located is good.

The hotel needs major renovations top to bottom.

Friendly staff, Ardie at the check out date is very friendly and helpful

When enter the room, it is very clean and neat, but smells like mould. Towels looks old and worn out

Good location for food, shopping, though you may need taxi to Kuta beach.

The bed wasn't confortable

We stayed here to be close to Waterbom Bali. It was perfect, 5min walk. The restaurant was really cheap and the food was good. Had a nice breakfast included. The rooms were clean and comfy.

The pool area was closed, we couldn’t even see it as there were no lights at night. Couldn’t use the pool at all. We booked interconnected rooms but was put really far from our kids.
