This is a dream place. Simply amazing. I will go back there next year.

All was great.

Lovely farmhouse which has been lovingly restored by the owners. A very friendly welcome, and extra touches eg morning coffee, though breakfast is not included, were much appreciated. Great pool, which was fantastic to cool down late afternoon after a busy sightseeing day! Spello is very close, and is such a pretty flower filled town, as well as excellent bars and restaurants. Assisi is nearby too, and is definitely worth a visit or two.

The host's attention to every detail. Beautiful place, gorgeous grounds. All exceptionally taken care of.

The location is great, very close to Spello, (5 minutes by car) very quiet in the country, free and safe parking , all the rooms are at the First floor, the pool was ok, other guests were polite, The Place is good for a long stay. the Landlady, Mrs Franca, is very nice. I slept very very well!

Breakfast was perfect for us. Delicious coffee and excellent pastries, cakes, rolls, and yogurt. The lady who runs it was lovely and made us feel very welcome. Perfect.

Host Franca was great

Private -don’t enter signs at all entrances -initial confusion about where to enter -family member (presumably) told me in no uncertain terms not to enter private space after entering to meet hostess. Franca more than made up with her friendliness and going out of her way

The lady running it was very friendly and recommended a good restaurant for lunch, as well as aces we should visit in the area. I thought we were supposed to have breakfast included, but somehow it was not. However, she was accommodating and presented a beautiful array of savory and sweet items.

No wifi in room or common area. We were supposed to have 2 rooms, with 2 beds in each. There was only 1 room shown to us that had 2 beds in it, but the 2nd bed had no linens. We had to get a 3rd room to accommodate our group, at our cost. The bed I had had a metal frame at the top of the mattress, which made getting in and out of bed uncomfortable. It was a little tough to find it, as there are no signs whatsoever to indicate the site is the Antiche Damora.
