Really lovely, comfortable little apartment in a perfect location in the old town, close to restaurants and only a 10 minute walk the train and bus stations. Simona is a very helpful and warm person, and she gave me lots of useful information. I liked having access to a washing machine and the luggage storage facility too

Nothing. You might be aware, there is no on site parking. There is a lot several blocks away. The manager helped with an app which was used to pay for parking.

The property was a boutique hotel style arrangement. We stayed in a one bedroom on the first floor. We were surprised at how quiet it was although just beside the lobby and elevator. The room was modern and very clean and well designed. Maid service was available included although we did not take advantage. Simona was a wonderful host providing us with much information regarding places to see and dine. Our AC was slow and Simona was quick to respond changing the battery in remote. The mini bar was convenient and location strategic. There was a rooftop spa but we were so busy we never got up !

This apartment was well located in Trapani. It was clean, comfortable and well maintained and had everything we needed. The manager spoke good English and assisted us with orientation and exploring the area.

Simona, the host, was very nice and kind. We got a delay because of a car crash, but she waited for us until night. She was very communicative and welcoming. The room was nice and clean and very spacious.

The water was draining heavily from the sink and the shower.

The apartment is in a fantastic locaiton. The building itself is very modern with a great little rooftop with a gym and hotub. The checkin was very easy even though we arrived quite late. Ample parking within a few minutes walk to the flat.

Very kind and accommodating staff. Great communication and very helpful! The location was perfect and the room clean and very practical. If I had to fault one thing, it would be that the mattresses had a plastic cover underneath the sheets, which made it very hot in a hot summer night (Despite aircon). Everything else was perfect and good value for money. Sadly didn't have time to use the roof-top jacuzzi, but looked very nice. Highly recommended!

Appartamenti Trapani In was the perfect home for our week in the city. Our room was comfortable, bright and clean (we booked the Superior Room). Simona was an exceptional host, giving us amazing mg recommendations for what to do in the city, and making us feel immediately welcome. Thanks also to Katia and her team for keeping the place super tidy and helping us out. We had a wonderful time and hope to be back before too long!

Fantastic location, spotless and spacious room/apartment. Make sure you park the car at the main public parking place, within 7 min walking distance. Very energetic, knowledgable and excellent host Simona is full of information and ready to share at any time.

I found the bed OK.

The apartment was clean in a great location with really friendly staff. I would like to draw particular attention to Simona who was exceptionally communicative and gave us great recommendations for places/restaurants to visit and enjoy

Nice modern quiet room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, great location, effective air con, nice roof terrace, drinks available in fridge at reasonable price, wonderful staff with the best communication (via WhatsApp).

only minor things (just to feed back potential improvements) hairdryer and toilet paper could be better and another mirror outside the bathroom.
