La terrazza

Stanza molto piccola, bagno minuscolo, doccia a malapena poteva contenere una persona. Il condizionatore ha iniziato a perdere acqua sopra al letto. Televisione posta su uno scaffale non frontale al letto ma esattamente di fianco al comodino laterale (senza alcun senso, come se non ci fosse). Assenza di un ascensore, la camera è a 3 piani da terra con scale strettissime.

Good location as we were going to Favignana the next day and was walking distance to the port.

Our room was at the top of the building, 3-4 flights of stairs that were very narrow and no lift. So not a very accessible place to stay.

The building is located close to the waterfront, in a central location. The room has a kitchenet which is handy, and being at the top floor, it has access to the roof terrace. The room is fairly quiet in the evening.

The description in the Booking.com ad neglected to mention that the building has NO elevator. The room was on the top floor, requiring about 60 stairs to reach it ! The stair stringers have different lengths; one is exceptionally long (and high !) so descending there with a suitcase is particularly an unpleasant experience. Also, in one location, there isn't enough headroom in the stairwell, requiring to lower the head not to bump into the low landing above. This stair doesn't seem to be safe for public use and should be checked by the city appropriate authorities, to prevent accidents. Overall, it is disheartening that this property owners hide the truth from travelers when not disclosing the fact that the building has no elevator and rooftop rooms need climbing many stairs.

Very welcoming stuff. Good location as nearby everything and main street. Highly appreciate early check possibility and transfer to and from airport, which was included in price.

but the room didnt have toiletries like soap or shampoo which i needed and the wifi was not working

Free access to the room and a spacious terrace. The terrace is equipped with a seating set, including deckchairs. Very good location - close to the main street, the port and bus stops.

The only difficulty is bringing luggage to this level. Maybe it's worth thinking about a small lift for luggage as in B&B Il Vecchio Messina

Very central, very close to the end stop for the bus to/from Palermo, to the port and to the cathedral. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and quiet. There was information about things to see and do in Trapani.

There were very many steep steps to my apartment, and no elevator. With my heavy suitcase (not easy to pack for three weeks in April!) it was heavy on the way up, and a bit scary on the way down. Although I had told them in advance my time of arrival they kept sending me several questions about this in the days prior to my arrival, which was a bit irritating. Welcome was ok, but not in the warm way I am used to in Sicily.
