The location, the room.

Lack of assistance in carrying our luggage up (no staff in attendance) or down (staff in attendance) two flights of very steep stairs. We are both in our seventies. Being bombarded with many text messages prior to arrival, our answers being ignored every time. We arrived at bus station and we’re unable to find a taxi. I contacted the ‘host’ via What’sAp who informed me that ‘reception was closed’ and gave me a number to ring, a number that did not answer. I contacted her again and she said she would try but was not able to help. We were paying top dollar for luxury accommodation!

Gorgeous property and beautifully renovated. Salvatore did an amazing job explaining the menu and the dinner was absolutely delicious. They renovated rooms are well appointed and beautifully put together. We all absolutely loved our stay.

The only issue is that there is not an elevator, so if anyone has trouble walking, the stairs might be a hindrance. From my group, it was fine.

Breakfast was excellent, great selection of fruit, cereal, continental

Location was great, breakfast very pleasant. Room was very nice and bathroom was a good size albeit a little damp in places.

The "welcome drink" is contingent on buying a meal there. Doesn't really qualify as a "welcome drink" in my opinion, so we passed.

Interiors were beautiful, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet was amazing, great location. Value for money was 10/10

Can’t fault it

Beautiful, well decorated room located in historic part of city. Close to small but nice and not so overpopulated beach. Tipical Italian tasty breakfast. Friendly staff and owner.

For longer stay there is probably little storage space in the room.

It's beautifully located to easily get around Trapani. The interior is fantastic and the room was really beautifully decorated. It was also spacious and comfortable. Francesca and all the others are very friendly and helpful.

To get to the rooms you will only find a small and steep stair. For us not a problem at all but if you're not good on foot it will be a bit challenging.
