Good location. Good drinks selection (branded spirits)

Plastic glasses & plates at all times apart from once we were given a glass in the A-La-Carte. This is an adults only hotel so why plastic? I understand around the pool but not the main bar? Who wants to drink wine/beer from a plastic and in most cases disposable cup? Only one main bar at night - not big enough for all guests. Loud in bar as open hatch to 'party room' couldn't have a conversation with the group. Quite tired/shabby - pool filthy. Room wasn't cleaned until around 5pm each day so we were left waiting when we wanted to be getting ready for dinner etc. 'Island view' was just a view of a roof and of trees. Very slow service.

The food was excellent and available throughout the day. Breakfast buffet in the morning, lunch or grilled food in the afternoon and luxury dining at night. For a late night snack there’s a grill with quick food I really loved the pig excursion. Easy to book at in the hotel. You can make restaurant reservations and book adventures in the same place! Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Low water pressure in the shower and I was supposed to have a room with a view of the harbor not the rooftop

Most personell were great, a few were awful. Nice enough grounds, rooms and food. Gay friendly.

Constant and very loud music and activities everywhere you went made the stay less pleasant, as it was hard to hold a conversation anywhere. Could have marked food with allergens. Gym was ill equipped and yoga class was only aimed at obese people.
