Location was perfect 👍🏾 close to Restaurants and convenience store 🏪 AND FISh Fry district and The NEw DUFF restaurant which serves breakfast all day. The Host/ owners where like family very nice people! We had everything we needed and our stay was comfortable. Make sure to enjoy the pool and use their charcoal grill to BBQ lobster and fish we did a pool day and it was Nice 😎🇧🇸 We felt very secure they run a tight ship when it came to securing the building I really like the coded entry and exit along with security gate on the door. Although the neighborhood was safe and quiet and felt like we were off the beaten path but actually so close to everything! If you want calm vibes go to Saunders Beach 🏖️ You wanna drink 🍹and party or do water activities go to junkanoo beach .. I'm definitely coming back to stay here, I had a really good time 🤸🏾♀️🫶🏾😎🇧🇸

Die Bahamas sind sehr teuer, diese Unterkunft auch wie ich finde. Aber der Aufenthalt hat mir sehr gefallen.

Very nice place, quiet. Perfect for family. The staff is incredibly kind. You can easily reach nearby beaches walking or using public transportation.

Donna was very warm and welcoming. The pool was nice and clean. Good value and close to great amenities.
Heavy rains made accessing the property a bit difficult with flooded streets.

Quiet place with a pool.
Equipments and overall building are quite old and feel like a relatively cheap US motel of the 80’s. Everything was functional though. We were 3 people and the sofa bed had no sheets on, and sofa bed itself was quite worn out, so first night was a bit rocky. Noisy A/C also. Probably better for 2 people only.

The location was off the beaten path which is exactly what I wanted. I wanted to meet the locals and experience the culture. The owner's brother was a driver for me and offered lots of background and information about the island and the Bahamas. It was a fully furnished apartment and they have washer and dryer available and a pool. If you are looking for a resort, this is not the place. But, if you are looking for a place convenient to local restaurants and beaches and meet the locals, this is the place. Highly recommend and would do it again in a heart beat.
The grass around the pool was very long which made me wonder about the maintenance of the pool.

I loved the treatment, the pool, and the quietness of the neighborhood. They offered plenty of advice and to take us places if need to (which ended up costing more than a taxi, but the convenience of them coming to you was appreciated)
The room had a bunch of insects dead on the floor and a couple of dried worms. I did not mind but I'm sure someone else would. The bathroom did not have hot water, although the system was installed, so maybe by the time you go there it's fixed.

The hotel is much better than i thought , great service , great location, very comfortable room, they have coded gate , make your stay very safe , im very happy to stay there , it’s much better than many hotels i stayed

Donna and Mel were there for checkin. They were very accommodating. We ran out of shampoo/conditioner and they provided us with that right away. The hosts are super awesome, genuine people. Very helpful in so many ways. Would definitely stay here again.

Melvin, the owner was extremely helpful in helping us get settled in. He even took me to two stores to get some things I needed for the kitchen.

It was in a great area. Had a pool and security bars along with ductless units in both living room and bedroom. The hosts were very accommodating.

Great location, especially for the price. The villa is in a slightly quieter section of the city about a 5-minute walk to the coast/main street, and around 20-25 minutes walk to Junkanoo Beach and downtown Nassau. The kitchenette has all of the basics for cooking simple meals when you need a break from eating out, and there is also a small but clean pool on the property and two air conditioners in the suite to keep you cool. The hosts also picked us up and dropped us off at the airport for an additional fee, and gave us some pointers for where to get groceries, nearby beaches, etc.
The property's bedroom and bathroom are a little outdated compared to the rest of the suite, but overall it is clean and spacious.

Great apartment with a small kitchen and all facilities needed. Fine little pool at the place. A 20 minute walk to beaches. Aircondition in the living room and in the bedroom. The host were very friendly and helpful!
