Die Neuwerk-Apartments sind immer wieder toll. Die geschmackvolle Einrichtung, die gute Lage - alles macht eine Reise nach Erfurt zu einem gelungenen Erlebnis.

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll bis ins kleinste Detail eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber. Eine kleine Ausstattung in der Küche (Gewürze, Öl, Kaffeekapseln) war vorhanden.

Eine Ablage für Duschgel und Shampoo in der Dusche wäre noch ganz hilfreich gewesen.

Großzügige, spartanisch aber schön eingerichtete Wohnung.

Das Bad ist definitiv zu eng.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, ist geräumig, aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt mit Selbstverpflegung nur minimal eingerichtet , aber das ist sicher auch Ansichtssache

It was spacious and clean and the host was very responsive via text when I had some trouble with the front door key or to ask for the Wifi code for example.

It was freezing cold, all radiators turned off on arrival in mid November so large apartment took absolutely ages to warm up. I had to sleep in my coat plus all other bedding and throws I could find on the first night so I didn't get much sleep. Also, the bedding was sparse - one thin tiny single duvet for a superking bed. And square pillows so if I turned over, I ran out of pillow. Okay, it was just me but not exactly a warm cosy bed to snuggle up in. Mattress was memory foam which had a dip in the middle. Only the bedrooms had curtains which didn't help with the heating situation. The apartment could have done with instructions and or information about Erfurt. For example, the hot and cold shower controls were away from the shower on a wall above the toilet. In order to get a hot shower, I turned the cold right down and only realised I had turned off the cold water completely when the toilet didn't flush. Thankfully, I figured it out eventually! Curtain pole in main bedroom fell off when I drew the curtains, managed to put it back up but just think the apartment needs a little bit of TLC in places and more comfortable bedding. Location was great, very easy to walk to theatre and old part of town.

Das Apartment bleibt leider hinter den Erwartungen, die die Fotos vermitteln. Ungemütliche Atmosphäre, kein Teppich am Boden, kein Bild an der Wand und z. T sehr abgewohnt…Schäden an den Wänden und Türen. Bei Anreise im November wurde nicht geheizt und die Wohnung war eiskalt. Die Küchenausstattung ließ einen Flaschenöffner vermissen.

Only one thing, there are no thick curtains, so the sunlight shines bride on your face. If you have problems to sleep with light, there is no possibility. But depends on the person.

One of the most lovely apartments I ever stayed at. The decor is amazing, location also great, walking distance from the city center. The apartment has everything one may need, we even had a washing machine.

For such a lovely decorated flat, I expected a better terrace, it seemed unfishined.

Overall happy with the apartment and would consider staying there again. The apartment was clean and well stocked (extra paper towels, cleaners, dish soap, just the little things that come up). Collecting the key was easy, we just called and a PIN number was all we needed. The photographs matched the place. Lots of space. The location was very convenient to central Erfurt, everything in walking distance. And a city public parking lot was just on the adjacent street (10€/ day). The balcony/terrace was large.

1). Checking out was less effective. Eventually, we were able to provide contact information with the cleaning lady. It felt awkward to leave without something more concrete. The bill did come via email and all was okay in the end. 2.) The apartment above us was loud the entire night. It sounded like insomniac elephant pacing. That apartment does not appear to be part of the rental group, or we had bad luck of neighbours.

It was a big flat, and it was very well implemented.
