Very friendly staff, good rooms

The bathroom need to be more comfortable. The soap and shampoo provided was very basic. The worst thing was the shower as it was too small and the water preasure very low

Nice room with a small kitchen, a sofa, a table, and a desk. Although the staff was not present during the whole stay, it was easy to reach someone via phone. We have been given an extra key upon request, so that each of us two could have an own key, thanks for this!

The wifi was not working well, we were not provided soap, and we were charged an extra touristic fee at the moment of paying. We would have liked to know about this fee in advance

The room was nice, and very comfy, and the location was ok, too. It's not in the center of town, which was fine with us, since we needed parking, and we like to explore a bit. Staff was very friendly once we arrived, and management was really professional and helpful when correcting a mistake on their end (which caused me a lot of stress!).

I don't want to be fussy because I know it's a small business, but the hotel was overall slow to respond to questions, and we had a little trouble when we checked out (which management resolved but it took quite a while).

Price is ok and a lot of space. To city center ca. 3,5 kilometers. Easy reachable by tram.

Wifi does not work when there are more people in the hotel. I mentioned this problem, and they said they knew.

Prompt and polite service, friendly staff, private parking, clean room and adequate sleeping facilities.

The pillows! Good pillows would make all the difference to the beds.

All was in good order here. Will probably stay there again. Great facilities.
