es lief wenigstens warmes Wasser und das WC funktionierte.

Oh Gott! - Das Appartement war 24.-25.11.23 unbewohnbar – bei Anreise – Heizung abgedreht! – Appartement 14 Grad Raumtemperatur! – bei Außentemperatur Minus 4 Grad Celsius! - Nachts und 6 Uhr war die Heizung ganz abgestellt bei Außentemperatur Minus 4 Grad Celsius - Auf Reklamation um 8 Uhr wurde mitgeteilt, die Heizung sei defekt – aber ein HEIZLÜFTER wurde vermieterseits NICHT gestellt !!! Das Appartement war unbewohnbar. Weder Heizlüfter noch Preiserstattung ! Meine Frau und ich waren dadurch Sonntag 26.11. und Montag 27.11. schwerkrank erkältet mit Fieber bis 39,5° Celsius und Schüttelfrost. - Waschbeckenabfluss war verlegt - Schmutzwasser blieb lasnge stehen. - Duschkabine - Silikonfuge schwarzbraun - sah wie Schimmel aus - Größer 5 cm Loch in der Decke - ca. ein Dutzend Dübelllöcher in den Wänden, teils noch Schrauben drin, teils notdürftig verspachtelt - auf die Rechnung warten wir nach mehr als 10 Tagen noch etc. - 3 verschiedenen Schlüssel machen das ein- u. auschecken zum Erlebnis - Lage in Vorstadt an vierspuriger Straße auch nicht optimal - weder zentral noch ruhig - war auch das letzte Zimmer unter 200 € in Erfurt am 24.11.23

Lage nicht weit von der Altstadt. Supermarkt gegenüber.

Etwas ungemütlich, einfach ein paar Möbel aufgestellt. Vorsicht am Bettregal, birgt U nfallgefahr. Badezimmer, insbesondere Dusche nicht ganz sauber ! Für den Preis ist die Unterkunft überteuert !

Frühstück war im Preis nicht inbegriffen.

Es gab weder einen Flaschenöffner noch einen Korkenzieher. Daher konnten wir uns abends nicht einmal eine Flasche Wein aufmachen.

Nähe zu Zentrum.

An vielbefahrener Srasse, etwas laut.

Unfortunately, the Bunte house had water damage, so our stay got cancelled last min at the stat of our holidays ( that is not the problem as we got sorted), On our way back, we had previously booked Bunte house again. I called the apartment and was informed that our stay can go ahead . On our way to towards the location, I was given a new address with was way out of the original booked address. I was quite disappointed travelling with 2 small kids on my own. I was looking forward to walk in to town . Now, we needed to drive everywhere. The room was clean but very basic. But for the money, it is definitely not worth it . As the location was not where we booked .

After booking and confirmation the Host wrote direct message and asked to cancel this booking as “apartments ware not available for those dates”. We requested free cancellation, but Host didn’t confirm it and after that Host didn’t respond neither by phone, nor via booking.com app. We were charged full cost without staying at Buntes Haus.

We were very happy staying here. Good value for money. Easy check in and out. Had everything we needed. Good hot water in kitchen and bathroom. Good Internet.

Nothing really. We never saw anybody and only communicated by email/app which was a bit impersonal but all questions were answered promptly.
