Close to airport & nice covered area with the pool.

Hotel is located next to very busy noisy road. Getting taxi was nightmare. Staff at reception wasn’t helpful. Pictures don’t justify the actual property!! Corridors had strong smell of cigarettes! We had 2 phone calls from Concierge in the middle of night (ie 1:27am & 1:40am) for no reason. Pictures attached. Bathroom shower knob was broken.

Very clean and room is modern, location is superb with Mall of Arabia just 5 mins away

Manipulating the shower taps (rain shower, waterfall, hand held) is complicated n confusing

الموقع جيد وفيه الافضل منه.

مساحة الغرفة وكذالك المخدات لم تكن مريحه مستهلكة او انها اقل جودة. اما بخصوص الفطار فهو فقير ومكرر ولا يوجد اي اضافه جديد عليه وعند اخذ الفطار تحس العاملين يراقبوك.

الفندق ممتاز من كل النواحي

واجهتني مشكلة في تغير الغرفة. ولم يتجوب احد

كالمعتاد في رقي التعامل والابتسامة واللطف شكراً للجميع الاستقبال البوابة المطعم دون استثناء .

Generally speaking the hotel was very good

The only problem was that the room was never cleaned during our stay

Was so clean and great situated

Staff were friendly and most were good in English Breakfast buffet had a lot of options Hotel coffee was Starbucks There was a gym with a kind trainer Room service food was yummy

I made two separate bookings and paid for the second one at the hotel at the start of the second stay, but the hotel concierge kept asking me for proof of payment even if I had already paid with a card (their staff had gone up to our room with the terminal through which I had made my payment). Even on check-out days later they asked me again to make my payment. I showed the credit card receipt and he said it’s not valid! Good thing the kind night manager was there to clear up the misunderstanding and corrected his employee.

guys in the reception are very professional

I absolutely loved how friendly the staff was and how welcoming they were. The Hotel was very clean and the rooms were very spacious. I also enjoyed staying at the lovely lobby.

The pool was unfortunately quite cold and it stopped me from having a swim.

Room setup with 3 beds for a single-person booking. Expensive room-service burger sandwich with normal meat quality and poor ingredients. Answer to any request: we are busy and the hotel is full.

The room is very clear and relaxing, the location of the hotel is very close to the airport and a bit far from the korneech and for breakfast i believe it can be improved with more variety and more space.
