فندق راقي جدا ونظيف ومحتويات الغرفه تلبي كل الاحتياجات لقد عدت لتقييم الفندق لاشكر موظفة العلاقات خديجه على تفانيها وحرصها على رضا العميل ارجو مكافأتها

فقط صوت الحفل الذي كان بقاعة الفندق ليلا

The hotel was right next to the F1 track. Which was great. No issues with locations. Parking is available for free. Staff extremely helpful. Breakfast was great. Room layout excellent and had a very comfortable stay. Shame it was only one night. We had booked as we were on UMrah. But would love to come back.

A bit rude staff

One of the staff claiming to be named "Ahood" was acting in an interrigational manner, asking for another friend's phone number, whether that friend paid for her room, and the room number in which the friend stayed at. The above happened after that friend made a -ve review about what happened to us during our stay. Such demeanour was unprofessional, not to metion the audacity to ask for a friend's information, under the guise of improving their service. Professionalism should definitely be worked on.

Very helpful staff. Overlooks the f1 track. Short walk to the mall for food and shopping.

best service ever our thanks goes to mr Abdul-Rahman for the upgrade and late checkout and the lovely receptionist ms Ahood for the favor to our daughter ;) and mr Aqib and Aishah for the best breakfast buffet service .. appreciate everything during our stay

the rooms and service was great

I came for the f1. it took me 5hrs and 500 riyals to try to get to hotel. staff need to be trained properly to help guests to get to hotel. all roads were closed. or emails should have been sent out to guests on how to get through the road blocks. I was turned away on numerous occasions and walked almost 8kms. in the end I spoke to police whilst my 9 year old son cried. they escorted me to the hotel. I paid so much money for no reason
