Les Filateries is in the centre of the beautiful vieille ville with everything in walking distance. The stairs are not easy for people with breathing issues but the place and its location are well worth it.

We stayed here with my friend and were absolutely blown away by the kindness of the property’s owner Christine. Christine was very helpful and was always available if we needed help with anything. She also took us to the lake to see the sunset on her boat one evening and to eat breakfast one morning. On the day of our departure, Christine let us leave our luggage to her room after we had to check out in the morning because our flight left in the afternoon, so we didn’t have to carry our luggage during the day, which was amazing. A staff member Agathe was also very kind, she showed us our room and told us everything we needed to know and even told us some good places to get breakfast (which we tried and they were amazing). The room was really pretty and there was plenty of room for two people. The location of the hotel is right in the middle of the beautiful old town, close tho the lake and next to a lot of shops and good restaurants etc. so the location was a 10/10. I’ll definitely come here again if I visit Annecy again and I 100% recommend this hotel for everyone!

Hot water in the shower a bit hard to control. Grinder toilet in the room. It works but don't feel comfortable with this technology

The room was very cozy, charming and clean. I would definitely stay here again in Annecy. The property manager was responsive, very kind helpful too!

Everything, the host, the room, the weather, the cleanliness, the comfort, the location, the breakfast, even the stairs (as host is strong to help us carry our big luggage)!! We love Les Filateries!!
