The room was nice and spacious.

As soon as i entered the floor, the entire place was filled with the smell of cigarette smoke. The room was very smelly with the smell of smoke. The bathroom’s toilet was very high which was awkward and uncomfortable. The water pressure in the bathroom was low. There was no cold water in the shower. The food was awful. The breakfast gave me food poisoning. The lunch was not tasty. And the room service food was very bad. I specifically mentioned in my booking that i wanted a late checkout, and confirmed it with one of the staff a night before my checkout and he mentioned that it was fine to checkout an hour and a half after the standard checkout. Only to be called at 11:30am informing me that i had to leave the room and checkout at 12pm. This is definitely very bad customer service and communication.

Any time I visit Riyadh, I stay in this hotel .. its clean, easy to access , private parking late check out

Music noise from the hotel lounge if you stay in first 3 floors.

I like the location

1- I booked with breakfast but the reception says my booking without breakfast. I said ok i will pay for it and ask the website regarding this. 2- he didnt inform me where and when the breakfast will be,just said communicate Booking.com 3-next day i called the reception so many times to ask them about the place or time for breakfast but no body pick up the phone. After 5 times i called house keeping extension to insure that im calling the correct extension and he ask them to answer the phone.. then one answered me saying: SORRY we were standing outside the hotel gate smoking!!!. 4- No praying carpet in the room or hair dryer, i asked for hair Dr, but i lt was so old till the plastic hand is melted 😪💔 so i was not able to use it. 5- daily at night till 12:00 there is a high sound of DJ from the Cafe

The hotel is a pleasant, if a little quirky, boutique hotel. It is not the JW Marriot, but it is not pretending to be, and you will not pay the Marriot price. Food is reasonable, rather than 5*, but is extremely inexpensive, and the breakfast was good. My room was quiet, but I could hear some loud music from my bathroom from the function area on the ground floor. I wonder if other rooms would be more disturbed. The pool is VERY small, but they have what seem like a good spa facility with massage etc. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Room service was excellent and 24/7. The concierge and reception staff were fine, as long as you could get one that spoke English (for me) which was not all of them - but if they could not, they went and found another and all was well. I would stay there again if I was using it as a place to lay my head and eat breakfast, as I did this time, and I have already had two colleagues do the same. If I needed to meet clients or be beased there throughout the day, I may choose the Marriot - but I would have to pay a lot more.

There is no real resturant. Instead, it is the Swiss Cafe, complete with people smoking Sheesha and loud music. Food in it was very reasonable and was A La Carte, but it is not the gourmet buffet you may expect at other hotels. Breakfast is held in another room and is actually perfectly varied and acceptable. Room service was a different menu and was also very cheap, and reasonable, but if you want top class fine dining - this is not it. I was fine with it - I was here to work, not have a holiday.
