Nice and cosy hotel

Room had little light, quite chaotic inside

Large comfortable room that was well heated and with all necessary facilities. Didn't expect tea and coffee facilities in the room which was appreciated. Large generous bed and modern bathroom/shower facilities. Loads of hot water. Excellent restaurant. Staff were excellent also.

On arrival Despite requesting and paying for 2 single beds in the second room, this had not been done. However this was rectified promptly on request. Drinks and nibble on the first were charged twice. Mr Carlo Van Verooy paid for them on the night, and they were ALSO CHARGED TO MY ROOM. Bed bugs were found in our bed. However this was rectified once we informed reception.

Very nice boutique hotel in one of the prettiest small towns in the Netherlands. Comfortable and spacious room. We particularly liked the little outdoor area attached to the room. We found ample free parking at the end of the street.

Access to the room is entirely based on using a smart-phone link sent to the main guest. This was fine with me but annoying for my kids.

Very nice people, warm welcome, easy check inn. Super breakfast! And a very nice room.

downtown in quaint fortified Naarden. comfy room. excellent bed, spacious shower. very good breakfast, fresh products. would definitely return.

we don’t like the keyless concept. you need to dig deep into your email every time you want to enter your room. kitchen closes early. was fully booked when we arrived. couldn’t really open the windows.

Big & stylish room, comfy bed. Bathroom was small but great design, and top quality toiletries. Great location, right in the centre of Naardeen.

Very limited food options due to COVID, without the possibility to eat in the restaurant after 5pm, only room service, but not the hotel's fault. Miscommunication regarding checkout time, booking.com stated 12pm but key was disabled at 11am and I found myself locked out. Checkout time was never mentioned by staff, and staff didn't even apologize for locking me out.

Loved our room. It was quirky, spacious and had an amazing en suite bathroom. Breakfast in the beautiful restaurant downstairs was an absolute treat. The real fire in the fireplace added to the atmosphere. So much so that we had our dinner there as well.

Check in and check out staff could have been more present. We weren't sure who was supposed to be doing it.

Very friendly, excellent breakfast. Everything worked efficiently and easily.
