The view from our room was great, the location was very nice, in the center, close to sightseeing and eating places, it was clean, they were very interested. We loved so much.

It is very clean and central, just perfect for the price paid.

Clean and comfortable room, Air cooling system was very helpful because the room hasn't windows.

The check-in process was terrible. For up to 10 minutes, I tried to explain to the staff that I had made a reservation online and showed him the reservation with the confirmation code, but he didn't want or maybe didn't understand English. Finally, he understood and showed me the room. In the morning, somewhere near 7 am, I woke up because I heard a music terrible noise (just for your information, I checked in at 3 am and planned to sleep the next 6-7 hours before checking out). So, as a result, my sleep was interrupted. During checkout, I saw that music was coming from the reception desk.

We stayed for one night and I think it's a great place for short stays. Our room was clean and comfortable.

It's a bit of a loud district and we heard the neighbours from the next house too well.

Everything was actually much better and nicer than expected. Did stay in several of the cheaper hotels in Batumi before and was surprised how modern and well organized this hotel is! Friendly staff and quick early check in, big clean room with a really comfortable bed,good WiFi, bathroom with separate nice shower, fridge,TV. Perfect location if you want to stay inside the Old Town with many restaurants, shops and bars nearby. Easy to access local transport and only a short and pleasant walk to the seaside and promenade. Would definitely stay here again when coming back to Batumi next summer!

Only accepting payment by cash is really something from the past century! Some noise from the nearby bar is something which you have to expect and accept when staying in the Old Town during the summer season, but the walls between the rooms are not really soundproof either; a really light sleeper might consider staying somewhere else; it didn't bother me at all. There is no elevator but I don't think that's a major issue unless you re really have a problem climbing a couple of stairs.

Staff speaking English, but rather unwilling to advise on things like transportation within the city. Also, it was needed to remind the member of staff twice about change in the cash payment.
