トリプルルームのリバービューでしたが、目の前の鴨川をぼんやり眺められて良かったです。

アメニティがもう少し充実したら、もっと嬉しいです。必要な物をフロント横から持っていくシステムですが、無駄が無くて良いです。女性用にヘアゴムあるといいかな。

Great breakfast! Really loved the hot spring! Room was pretty large.

Great location, right outside of station exit. Hotel looks very nice and aesthetic. Rooms are nicely designed. It is also located right on the river which is really beautiful. Comfortable staff

Maybe a personal preference but the onsen water was really quite hot. Otherwise no real complaints

Nothing to complain

Hotel is located next to the river, close to many restaurants and bars. In the summer there are many terraces on the river banks, which is next to the hotel. There is a subway station across the river, about 200m from the hotel Rooms are big, clean and very comfortable The public bath is beautiful. The hotel was pretty full, but in the public bath it was never crowded. There is an inside and outside bath You can pick up amenities next to the front desk, ideal. You get what you need. Breakfast was great, huge western and asian selection that changes each day. Enough variety. Staff in the restaurant is really friendly and attentive

Nice room with good facilities. Bathroom outlook gave it a nice outdoorsy feel. Nice to have the onsen bathing facility. Good breakfast choice.

The room was a little on the small side as we had a couple of large suitcases. Disappointed that the hotel was unable to accommodate a person unable to use the lifts. They insisted that the stairs could not be used. I don’t believe that can be the case. All other hotels on our trip were able to accommodate.

Excellent location since it is located next to the river and inbetween the Old city and the downtown area. Rooms were of a high standard and spacious. Breakfast was very good with many choices.

The strict check out time. We had to pay for an extra 2 hour stay.

Hotel facilities are good and well maintained, location is convenient. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The room beside the Main Street are little bit noisy and the summer bugs sings loudly in the morning, too noisy.

Air conditioning was not great, after they checked, the air conditioning was still not working. The corridor was even cooler than the room.

Location was excellent. Near the subway station which made travelling convenient. There are lots of food options available around the area too. And we love how spacious the room (and bed) was.

It’s a small issue, but our room was facing the walk way and main road, which made it seem like our privacy was compromised.

Great place and great location. The rooms were amazing - definitely one of the best hotels we stayed in. Would recommend this strongly

Mattress was comfy, modern, stylish and very clean bathroom (the bathtub was amazing), onsen was very nice, good location, lovely river view.

Minor flaw - housekeeping every other day, but can be requested on the day which is not a housekeeping day. Pillows were a bit uncomfortable.

Nice hotel, great location. We accidently booked the room with two single beds so dont make that mistake if your a couple! Great bath and nice buffet breakfast.
