Our stay at Smoky Mountain Vista exceeded all expectations! The cabin provided ample space for everyone, and the kitchen was fully equipped, making meal preparation a breeze. The breathtaking views were the highlight of our trip, and we couldn't get enough of them! The added touch of the property owner checking in to ensure our comfort was greatly appreciated and truly showed their commitment to hospitality. We're already planning our return trip because this experience was simply unforgettable!

It was a nice place. It seemed like it had not been stayed in for a while. There was dust on most surfaces. I wish for a party of 10 that there were way more towels provided, especially having a hot tub! We ended up having to go buy towels ( there were no dish towels or rags for the kitchen). Also, If your guest books a week, maybe provide more dish soap. We ended up having to stock it like we moved into a new apartment. The views were lovely. There was adequate parking in the main drive for 3 cars.

UTV home in the Smokies! We brought our 5 UTV's and had an amazing time exploring the mountains and trails in the area. The property manager and their team were so accommodating in helping us park and secure our vehicles and trailers. The cabin was great, the trail riding was spectacular and the property managers went above and beyond. We would definitely stay again.Hint Goto Cosby and take a right at the T intersection and stay straight. 51 miles of secondary mtn roads make sure you have full tanks and a adventurous spirit.

My family, friends and I came to stay for our AAU basketball tournament. The cabin was great everyone loved it. Would definitely recommend! Vicky was very nice and always available to communicate with.

We enjoy our stay there, the house was very spacious, we enjoyed getting in the hot tub and playing pool. We're definitely coming back.

Lots of room on 3 floors. We had 11 people with us and never felt cramped!

Loved the location. In the Smokey Mountains, close to main strip and Pigeon Forge! Property manager was super friendly and attentive. We will definitely be going again.

Nice property. Can use some upgrades in the bathrooms. We had to endure a day 1/2 power outtage. A generator would have been great.

Great home very accommodating for our large family. The home was very clean and had great views. We also saw deer, birds, and a few bears every day of our stay. The host was also great and checked in with us in case we needed anything. Would definitely stay again.

The property was lovely and overall we enjoyed our stay and the beautiful views but there are some things that could be improved. We had to buy toilet paper and trash bags on the 3rd day of our stay. Only 3 rolls of toilet paper and 3 trash bags were provided for 12 people for a 5 day stay. There was no propane to enjoy the firepit. Batteries were dead in the remotes and smoke detectors. We also only found one hand towel for the bathrooms. The property management team should think about or check these things before a new guest checks in, these all affect the overall guest experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Plenty of room for everyone and fun game room! Even got to see some bears on our last day! Highly recommend!

This properties was perfect in size but when we got there it had not been cleaned there was a lot of spider webs we had to get a broom to brush them away so that we can enter the downstairs. It was spiders spider webs all in our room I had a bed bug in my bed in fact three of us bit up pretty bad the floor was filthy we had the 2-year-old walking around by the end of the day her feet was black I did call the owner and they did get someone over there. this was the first day. They clean up some of the spider webs and holds down the jacuzzi area that was full of dirt and spider webs and clean the floor but you could tell that the place had not been attended to for a while. Three of my guests left early after the third day we were staying for a week and then we left a day early when I tried to talk to the owner again she blocked me. I only wanted to let her know what was going on with her property I didn't ask for anything so I definitely do not recommend this place

There were 10 of us (5 adults, 2 teens and 3 kids) staying in this house, and we found enough room for everyone. The views were absolutely stunning, and the house was clean and comfortable. The owner and the management company were very responsive whenever we had any questions. The only major drawback was the basement bedroom: it does not have an HVAC return, so if you sleep with the door closed it gets warm in there. Also, the AC had a hard time keeping up with the humidity in the rest of the house, so it did feel kind of clammy at times (to be fair, we were there in August) Overall it was a lovely place to stay in a quiet neighborhod. We saw bears walking down the street several times, and enjoyed listening to the thunderstorms rolling through from the covered porch.

We rented this cabin for a family trip with my husband's family and this location was perfect! We saw a momma bear and her 3 cubs less than 12 hours after we arrived, which made our trip! Beautiful scenery and super clean.

The house was very nice. Great for our group of 15. Could be a little cleaner. There were no oven mitts and just 9 forks so we bought some and left them as well as garbage bags and liquid hand soaps for the bathrooms.

This was the perfect place for my family. My daughter and her husband, son and his wife and two kids, and son and wife and one daughter, and myself all stayed. Each family had their own bedroom(s), and a bath. Plenty of room to spread out. The view was amazing. We had three separate encounters with bears (one even came up on the wrap around porch and back deck). The trip up the mountain was anxiety filled (narrow road and very steep, with some very tight turns). We had a hard time finding the pool and the map was not helpful. Make sure to bring coffee, coffee filters, cream, sugar, salt, pepper, and whatever else you may need. Bring pool towels, extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Owners were very responsive with a few issues that we had. We would stay there again!

The home was Perfect for our family of 14 Everyone had there own space and had a great time. We where unable to find the pool but did not look to hard since we all had plans in pigeon forge/Gatlinburg each day. The teenagers enjoyed the game room and having the bunk beds down there so they had their own space while the adults had the whole upstairs to themselves. We where able to see a bear and her cubs on the first day. I did bring extra toiletries/paper towels/ dish soap/ and dishwasher soap and trash bags due to the size of our family and was thankful we did but I do not expect to have a ton of that stuff when I use a vbro and am always happy to bring extra and leave what I have left for the next guests. The views where amazing!! And would definitely go back!

First time in Gatlinburg enjoyed our stay. Host was very receptive and friendly. Enjoyed staying in the cabin, beautiful views.

Our group of two adults and 7 teens enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space to sprawl out when we wanted and plenty of space to gather together. The owners went above and beyond for us and were quick to respond. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

Large enough to accommodate our large family of 14. Children really enjoyed the stay.

We had such a great time, everything was perfect. We had a large family crowd, the layout and accommodation worked perfect for us on our budget. This is an older cabin but has been updated. we were snowed in for two days and without power for about 7 hrs. and stayed very comfortable. The owner was very accomodationg in all our needs. We had such a great family Christmas. There was plenty of space for everyone and we never ran out of things to do. Watching the sun rise over the mountain was one of our favorite things!

Place was dirty hadn’t been dusted in a very long time. Pool table was messed up. Half the lights had bulbs out so it was hard to see. The stove had a burner not working. Never replaced propane after telling us every day they would. Will not go back.

Thoroughly impressed with overall experience. Exactly as described. Owners provided great communication. Definitely see myself booking this cabin again in the future!

Beautiful property and views!

The views and overall comfort were great for our 6 family members. As the other reviews stated, the drive to this home are steep and winding! Not for the faint of heart. All wheel drive is beneficial. As I stated, overall a nice place to stay. There are a few negatives: the upstairs bathroom vanity lights do not work, so putting makeup on was a challenge; the only lamp in the upstairs bedroom was not plugged in and of course the outlet was behind the headboard which was not connected to the bed frame (just propped against the wall); there was no where to put your suitcase in this room except on the floor; several fixtures (towel racks and such) were not up (were lying in the bathroom cabinet); could use touch up painting in some areas. As for some of the policies: If you charge a clean up fee, you should pick up the last bag of garbage and the dishwasher takes so long to run the cycle, so the renter would have to sit around for over 2 hours on check out day to get them put away. Overall, a nice place with a great view!
