The room was very clean and tidy.

The breakfast took a very long time to come out. we had the most amazing bath in our room but the tap didn’t work on the bath. We had to fill it up using a small shower head which was very disappointing

The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

The bathroom was very nice although due to no hot water didn't get a chance to use it

No staff on reception, fire alarm, no cups, no soap, no shower gel, no hot water, locked out of room due to fail secure system that staff did not know how to correct but worse no apologies

Wood burner was a nice touch location great.

We loved Everything, the service the facilities and the room. Couldn't fault anything, we are already in talks of returning. The restaurant was fantastic and accommodating to my requirements. It's such a beautiful little gem.

Lovely clean rooms and nice quirky decor, comfortable bed.

Food was very overpriced and lacking in any quality. Waiting times to be served was also extremely poor. One morning we ordered toast only which took over 20 minutes to come out. Huge shortage of staff.

Nice and friendly staff who were very welcoming. location was good and car parking ample. Bar man was exceptionally good.

Generally over priced. Paid £400 for a two night stay, bed and breakfast. Room was not to the level expected when paying this price with shower needing some attention and bleach. The room was located over the main entrance and therefore every time the main door swung shut it sounded within the room. The glazing to the bathroom also let significant sound through. A number of guests referenced a small green light in the ceiling that kept them awake at night. This was explained that it had to be there although emergency lighting is generally is only required on escape routes rather than the accommodation itself. Rooms were not looked after during our stay, beds were not made in comparison to other hotels where for this price they even turned the beds down in the evening.
