Location was great close to everything!

Room very dirty when we first got in,no towels,bedsheets very dirty,cockroaches,we tried to ask for managers name but the supervisor refuses it.

room dirty. smelly, has lil flies and small, roaches unable to use the pool due to maintenance. limited. not hot water. difficult to shower when the flow of the water is weak.. dusty room

Conveniant to the airport, cafes and a small supermarket.

The room needed repairs, a lot of mould in the bathroom.

we book for two days but give us chance to use pool for one time and just for two hours.. We cant stay longer for two hours of course but how we wish we can use everytime we want like all the hotels we stayed in Cebu( they dont have covid restrictions already)

No toilet paper.. and not so clean

Everything from restaurants, robinson mini mart, pharmacy, coffee shops and 7/11 was close to the condo. The room had netflix that was great.

The beach was terrable, on the sand there are sharp rocks all the way to the water and when u get in to the water there are bigger rocks that you have to walk on...bottom line, your feet hurt. Not like other places i have been before where the beach is so nice, you would think this being a private beach it would be better than a resorts beach but its not. Rooms are really small not good enough to accomodate a family of 3. Plus the room was different from the pictures it was not the same room. No utensils in our room. Pool access is only for 2 hours. The room had a build in 1 washer and dryer but if you want to use it you have to pay for it which makes no sense why install it in the condo in the 1st place if its not included in the price.

Fantastic condo, room was great, everything was prefect, very clean, lovely pool, good WiFi, will stop here anytime,

1. when you give a number to call for your reception to help you but the phone just always rings busy even after several days of calling ..the staff are no help 2. when you try to call the number given under the c suites to contact them , but it again only rings busy it’s frustrating. I could not get any help for my luggage when leaving , for doing my laundry and having them turn on or open the washing machine for me to use, not try to get my daughter’s bottle she left I. the fridge after leaving your premises all due to your phones not working. 3. you send me any email telling bf me I can make a deposit in “any foreign currency “ yet your staff say no and I have to pay in peso. then to be told that my email stating this information juts a few days before checking in was not “updated “ is outrageous as it was just sent a few days prior. Your staff on site and administration department are not working cohesively Ans it made my check in even more frustrating after being on two flights and travelling from 4 am that day . I had a horrible experience at your hotel .

the bedroom's AC does not work or it has been unplugged! the receptions' card does not work, i took all my card out however it got refused, all my cards were previously working and was tested.

No early check-ins. I have to follow-up with them so we can check-in which was at 2pm. Apparently they stick to this check in time so its not really accommodating if you have things going on.

The location is very convenient which is close to shops, groceries, restaurants and bus stop. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The facilities are outdated and the hot water needs to be fixed a couple of times during our stay.

The location of this property is excellent. Stores are literally downstairs. There’s a great Starbucks next door, restaurants and it felt away from the traffic while inside the area.

The first unit we got was quite dirty and had roaches everywhere and cobweb. It was so dimly lit and just felt awful. We almost checked out. The staff at the front desk though helped us move the following afternoon. The second room was cleaner but the shower head didn’t work. The units are not well lit and could be better presented and cleaned overall.
