We had a really lovely time, the host was super kind, the room was clean and cozy with a modern bathroom and a beautiful view from the balcony. Also the breakfast was plenty and delicious. It is a very good choice for your stay in Lecco, the city center is about 15 min. walk away.

The staff was nice and helpful, professional and welcomming. I was treated very warm. The room was as on the pictures, with modern, clean and well equiped bathroom. A simple breakfast was served with fresh coffee. The location is remote from the centre, I was aware of it.

There is nothing to complain about. They are doing great job in that hotel.

The room was modern and clean with a lovely ensuite bathroom and air conditioning (greatly appreciated with hot weather). Lots of variety for breakfast with juice, yoghurt, cereal, fruit, coffee and tea, hot food, baked goods etc. Federico and his mother were very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. Federico provided us with information regarding transport, nearby cafes and restaurants and drove us to the train station with our luggage when we were leaving.

It was a 20 minute walk to the city centre (in the heat!).

Nice, updated place and nice “hosts”. Updated, specious and well lit bathroom. The a/c is very good (preset to 25). Easy walk to the river and city center.

Breakfast very basic and it ends way too early at 9:00 AM (there was a note to ask for any special request but we didn’t try). WiFi was intermittent. there is some noise from the road (which in the most part dies down over night) and from the inside (like the family dog that barks as late as 11pm and as early as 6am). There is NO insulation to speak of and the door has wide gaps so noise depends on the curtsy of the other guests (and the dog :-). You hear snoring, talking and more… dismal toiletries (a few little pouches of “body shampoo” and a hand soap pump). Better bring your our soap… The shower was pretty weak and has only “shower head” (no “hand held”). The a/c filter was very dirty and it had a bright blue light. We had a “do not disturb sign” on the door AND we said “NO Grazie “ when the lady proprietor asked us if we would like her to refresh the room and yet, she entered our room while we were out. We didn’t appreciate it at all. No elevator (that’s good for you!).

The host was super nice, we came a bit earlier in the morning and he let us take the shower before check-in. The Room was very clean, breakfast was delicious. Place is about 15 min walking distance from city Centre. Highly recommended 😊

Very clean, friendly and helpful host, silent, nice brakfast. Good parking for those who is travelling by cars.

Location, but it's easy to go to city center by public transport, but we needed cash. We were travelling in Italy by trains.

The service and hospitality was great. It was clean and tiddy.

The air conditioner didn't work and it was very hot. No elevator and breakfast selection was very poor .

Nice staff, clean room, delicious breakfast. The view of the mountains is amazing.

Unfortunately, the bed was not comfortable for us.

Free parking spot in front of the property. Room was very cleaned. Unfortunatly we were there only during the night to rest because during the day we were in visit. Breakfast really nice.

The host was friendly, responsive, helpful and spoke English well. The room and bathroom were very clean, it was quiet, and breakfast was very nice-- fruit, yogurt, boiled eggs, cheese and rolls, and fresh croissants.

The bed and pillows were very firm and the WiFi was weak.

Although the hotel wasn't in a prime location, it was really good value, great room with huge new en-suite bathroom, tea & Coffee making facilities and a mini fridge. It had air-con and nice comfy king sized bed. The staff were incredibly helpful and always smiling. We were made to feel very welcome. Breakfast was excellent.

Only the location, but had it been on the lake I expect we would have paid much more for such good service.

Everything was fine

The staff of the property was wonderful and nice, the communication was easy and right. The apartment was super clean, with everything that is needes for the stay: nice design bathroom, conditionier, TV and comfortable bed. In addition, the breakfast was very tasty filled with fresh baked crossants and apple pie. Huge thanks for the host!
