Lovely location, well equipped apartment, nice garden and wonderful pool.

Everything was great, fantastic location, very nice pool and great value for money. Heat was okay for us but maybe at a warmer night it might have been a bit hot without AC.

This was just a perfect stay for us as a family with young children. Not too crowded, but still some contact with the other people sis possible. There were free bikes, a table tennis table, toys and the swimming pool was great (and had a small area for toddlers). The rooms are not very big, but if thé weather is good, you don't need a larger space. The location was just great, near the beach, some coffee and star bars (some with great ice cream!) And lastly, the host was very helpful and friendly. Our youngest spilled something over the sheets but it got resolved in a very friendly way. Thanks for this great stay!

We loved the location and the green space on the property. Not only was there ample room to walk our dog, but plenty of space for our girls to run around. It’d be the perfect spot for a group of friends to stay together and all have their own rooms, but a fun common space (BBQ grill, badminton/volleyball court, pool, and yard). We received a map of the town upon arrival and bike locks in case we took the bikes for a ride into town. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We are breakfasts and lunches at the apartment and ventured into town for dinner. Highly recommend Casa de Matt, as a side note. We would love to come back when it’s a little warmer to enjoy the pool.

We liked this place very much. The place was so tidy and cozy. We had a nice room with balcony from where you could see the mountains. The host was very pleasant and welcoming lady. It was very peaceful place to be. They also have a good parking area in front of the building so if you have a car you don't have to worry. I would recommend this place and would come again in the future.

Everything was great.

Super friendly host and very clean property and apartment. Beautiful nature close by and perfect location to visit the lake or maintains for sightseeing. Afterwards a refreshing dip in the pool is perfect for getting ready to have a BBQ on your terrace.

Nothing really negative to comment on, you can hear your neighbors a bit but neglectable.

Only our room (nr.9) had some lake view and the biggest balcony (from the living room and from bedroom). There were very comfortable balcony chairs (a little bit like rocking deck chairs), perfect for just relaxing or to read a book there. The pool chairs were for each room and were numbered, so you always had the same chair just for you. Plus there are bicycles for use for free and beach and restaurants etc are close enough to ride a bike there.

No privacy, if you step out to your balcony, then you are like in the middle of a big family party, all other quests are there around you on the lawn. But this is perfect for the families with little kids, I guess. No real lake view.

We absolutely loved the place. The flat was spacious and suoer clean. The view from the balcony onto the mountain range were amazing. Just a short walk down to the lake, where you can go for a swim. Also the pool was excellent. We would def. come back

Splendid place, nice garden, barbeque area, walking distance to the lake, Gravedona is once of the few town along the coast aside of the main road. Striking church.
