Great property with amazing view! communication with property manager was superb! every question was answered, every request was addressed! Kristina (property manager) went above and beyond to assist with party settings and hiring private chef. Pool is a great addition to the villa especially in hot summer months . Villa is very clean, well maintained and has a lot of space to accommodate big group.

The property is nice, modern and clean, has the best facilities you could ask for and you will love your stay here.

It is hard to find something that you don’t like about the property. Maybe the location since most shops and restaurants are far away only reachable by car.

Such a beautiful villa, the views from the balcony are stunning. It’s in a good area, but you will need a car/ taxi to get to the main area of Bellagio which is about a 15/20 minute drive away. There is also a boat, but it’s not very frequent. Christina was so unbelievably helpful, even before we got there. We absolutely loved our stay!

The views are incredible and the host was absolutely fantastic, really welcoming and very smooth check in/ check out. The villa has everything you need and more: the private pool was very relaxing and the hot tub very relaxing. We look forward to visiting again!
