Alternate facilities (bars, restaurants etc) in the surrounding area are still under development so any alternative to the hotels require a fairly long walk or a drive.

The breakfastbuffet was only accessable by stairs. This was uncomfortable for my disabled partner. Small parkingspace.

Good to reach, own hotel parking lot, old but refurnished hotel, good for a single night stay, own restaurant with 'modern' food (you find meat, vegetarian and vegan dishes), simple but good breakfast with all you need: perfect croissants, scrambled eggs (self made, not 'industrial'), coffee/tea, small bread, cereals etc. Good 5G connection in the room.

2nd stay, second time that the reception seemed a bit 'un-organized' (even though I checked in online), info at reception was breakfast starts at 06:30 but was ready at 07:00 only, staff of the restaurant somehow friendly but not so attentive.

The location was convenient for both driving and walking into the city centre. The rooms were clean and the hotel looked nice.

It was very loud. Noise from the lobby, other rooms, or from buildings close by made it less enjoyable. Ear plugs were essential for sleep.

It's quite a distance from the city centre but that's a minor inconvenience.

Check-in and check-out online possible. Free parking. Spacious 4-bed room. Walking/bicycle distance to city.

First time that we really were disappointed during our stay at Nimma. Only one little provisional mobile heating for a really spacious 4-bed room. Outside it was -4°C, inside room between 14°-18°, way too cold to feel comfortable. Staff provided a second mobile heating after consulting. First was broken and replaced, second one was taken from our room without previous notice, while we were in the city (not acceptable). So in the evening we again only had one heating and the receptionists were already home. Freezing night with little sleep. I got in touch via Nimma hotel chat and Booking chat but never got an answer or apology - so no good complaint management either. We spent more time in the city than planned, as room was too cold. Also sink water freezing cold. Might be the last time we are staying there while it is autumn/winter.

Hot water was not supplied to the sink. Very cold in the room. At night the temperature dropped to 15 degrees. The staff didn't help. We asked for second blankets but were denied. The bathroom is not heated, so it is not possible to take a shower. The refrigerator in the apartment was for a minibar, you can not store food in it. The TV does not work with the remote because there are no batteries in the remote.

Hotel room was brilliant. It was aesthetically pleasing. TV was large. Bed was luxurious. Complimentary tea was delicious. There was plenty of natural light too. Staff was pleasant, efficient and cordial.

It wasn't really walking distance to anything and the exterior of the building can only really be described as an imposing concrete cube. This is the Netherlands though so it's plenty doable with a bike and a bus goes very frequently.

Not much to look at from the outside, but a pleasant surprise once inside. Lovely restaurant and spotlessly clean rooms. Great value for money.
