We enjoyed our time at the apartment located at Plaza Azul 1. The apartment was clean, appliances modern, and the view was spectacular. Check in and check out was a breeze. The Property Manager was courteous, quick to respond, and answered our requests for additional information. The apartment had a relaxing and breezy atmosphere and the sound of the ocean every night was amazing. I definitely recommend and we'll certainly rent again for a future stay. This was such a great place to stay!!! The condo was perfect and fit our family of 6 really well. It was super clean and updated and had everything we needed. The views and location couldn't be beat! The breeze and sunrises were amazing and we hung out on the balcony almost the entire time we were back at the condo. The parking and facility were also very secure, which was super nice as this was our first trip to PR and we weren't sure what to expect. It was great to have the beach chairs and umbrellas and there were enough for our whole family. Just a few doors down was Bonnie and her rum cakes which were a hit with the parents. She was also super helpful in letting us know what was around. We could've easily stayed another full week and would definitely book this one again!

Great rental! Easy check-in and good communication from the property manager. We loved listening to the waves and seeing the beach right from the balcony. Good location, near El Yunque and some great beaches. They even provided a few beach chairs and a little cooler. Make sure you get a rum cake from the Rum Cake Lady (Bonnie)!

We originally booked this condo for four nights, but found it so beautiful that we extended our stay an extra two nights! Things we loved; property manager and owner were both so helpful, friendly neighbors, beautiful view, quiet location, updated kitchen, spacious bedrooms, clean bathrooms, relaxing pool and an excellent location! Can’t wait to return!!!

Everything about this stay was great! Communication with the host was easy, the location was perfect for what we wanted to do on the island, and the condo itself was very clean, had lots of nice upgrades, and was very well appointed. This condo is a spectacular base to enjoy the east coast of PR! The view from the 12th floor balcony is incredible. The kitchen has been entirely upgraded from the current pics - new lighting, cabinets, counters & appliances are great! It is close to all the east coast must-do activities. Beach access is awesome. The neighbors on the 12th floor while we were there were great. Our family of 5, with 3 teenagers had ample space to spread out on the slower days of our trip. We highly recommend and plan to return.

This condo is a hidden gem in Luquillo. Right off the beach, the building is beautifully placed. The morning sunrises and walks on the beach were amazing. The sounds of the Atlantic Ocean can be heard throughout the Condo. The location is secured and amazing. The hospitality of the host is phenomenal. Easy check in and check out. It is central to so many activities. We will definitely book again.

We truly enjoy our time at this place. It had everything we needed. We'll come back for sure!

Stunning location, high security apartment, gorgeous views from all rooms, beautiful cosy home with ample supplies made our stay memorable. Huge shout out Winnie, the property manager, for always being available for any query. My kids enjoyed the pool and the quick access to Playa Azul, the beach is stunning! We made breakfast and snacks everyday. The kitchen is newly renovated and well stocked. Waking up to the sound of the waves every morning was a blessing. Glad we booked this place. Will be back here soon.

Condo is located next to the beach and close to El Yunque rain forest.

The view of Playa Azul is amazing from the 12th floor! We were centrally located to all that we wanted to explore in eastern Puerto Rico - Old San Juan, Seven Seas beach and Playa Escondida, Farjado boating excursion to Culebra, hiking in El Yunque. Enjoyed walking directly from the condo onto Playa Azul, La Pared and Punta Bandera - beaches for miles! Condo layout was great and wonderful ocean cross breezes. It is warm in June, so we took advantage of the large balcony with lots of seating and bedroom air conditioners. The unit had beach chairs and umbrellas that we used frequently. Enjoyed our visit!

Highly recommended, The condo was homey, quiet, and comfortable. Great location, secure. Gated community, plenty of parking. The owners thoughtfully provided a large notebook about the area. It was useful, I recommend you look at it. There is a very large lanai with beautiful 180 views. The manager, Winnie, was amazingly responsive both by text and phone call. There is a large well maintained pool we used every day. Grocery and drug stores close by and many walkable restaurants. Icing on the "cake" was Bonnie of Rum Cakes and More. She is a neighbor a few doors down. She was helpful with advice about the area and just a great person. I didn't know I liked rum cake......I do now!

The apartment was overall good. A couple of things that we noticed. The air conditioner makes a loud noise so we haven't used it we had to use the ceiling fan all of our stay when sleeping. Other thing is that the dining table is in the balcony (this is an open space) and there are a lot of moths at night if you want to eat in the apartment. This was very annoying for us, unfortunately. Regarding the location you will need a car for groceries and restaurants. The apartment was clean and the checking process was easy.

This property is a gem! The location is amazing; it was a quick drive from San Juan and very centrally located to many surrounding attractions. The quick access to the beautiful beach was unparalleled. Walking distance to Luquillo center where there are some cute restaurants. We even went on a night where there was an open air market and live music. The apartment is clean and quiet and spacious. Communication with management was seamless. The neighbors to the unit are even friendly! Neighborhood safe! 2 minute drive from a grocery store. The kitchen is stocked with all materials necessary to cook. Pick this property as your next vacation spot!

Perfecto! The condo was exactly as described - had everything that you could need on vacation. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, cooler and beach towels.

This was the most wonderful and relaxing trip. From the moment that we arrived, the owner took great pains to make sure that we wanted for nothing. The building is well-kept with excellent security and beach access. The level of hospitality that came with this booking was unmatched. The owner had some toiletry supplies in the home to hold you over until you are able to get to the store and an entire welcome binder filled with information on everything that you could ever need from restaurants, hospital, excursions in the area, and tips and suggestions on how to get around. The view and being able to hear the ocean all day and all night alone, makes this booking worth it. The hospitality coupled with the wonderful neighbors (shout out to Bonnie and her amazing rum cakes and jellies) really made this the perfect vacation getaway. This was my mothers coming home after almost 20 years away from the island and the perfect place to do it. We will definitely be booking again in the future!

Condo was super clean. Kitchen is stocked with everything you will need! Lovely beach. The only suggestion would be to allow each renter to have 2 keys to the gate to get in and out of the beach area/building,

We LOVED our stay! The views are unparalleled, the breeze was too. They have windows on both sides of the apartment making it feel like you’re standing on the bow of a cruise ship. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed (including reliable Wi-Fi for work) during our 1 week stay. The apartment does have amenities such as a pool etc but we honestly spent all of our time on the beautiful beach. Playa Azul can be a bit rough with kids so we also drove the 3 minutes to the Luquillo Kiosks and enjoyed those beaches which are calmer for the kids! Don’t miss dinner at La Estacion in Fajardo either… best meal we had the entire trip! We can’t wait to come back :)

Our stay was awesome! I highly recommend this stay for your next vacation. About 30 minutes away from San Juan but close enough to get around, and quiet. The neighborhood has restaurants and things to do all around. The beach is right outside your window and not crowded by any means! Tan, swim, and relax in comfort. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The place is clean, has unbeatable views and is an absolute bargain for the price. It’s a bit far from San Juan but if you drive that should not be an issue and there are a ton of interesting stuff to do nearby anyways. The communication was great and we were even allowed to check in early (despite us not taking advantage of it). When there was issues the response was prompt and it made our stay very special.

The condo is exactly as described. The check in was easy and the view is great. The one thing we were not aware of was the distance to San Juan. It was 45-60 minutes depending on where you are going in San Juan. So definitely rent a car. Although there are several restaurants and beach front locations in Luquilllo, driving to San Juan was an unexpected event. We obviously didn't do our homework on that. Be aware that you will have to supply many things for your stay. But overall the place was very comfortable and spacious for our needs,. The Property management was easy to get a hold of for any questions etc we had during our stay. It is a very safe community and location. Depending on your needs it is a great place to stay.

Beautiful property great location.

This was my first time to Puerto Rico and my BFF's first time back in over 20 years. For our first girls trip, the condo made us feel safe and at home.. The view is amazing, day or night. The locals were amazing and helpful. We were able to visit the beach everyday in front of the condo. Amigos grocery store is right across the way, along with several fast food places (KFC, Wendy’s, Taco Maker and McDonalds). However, our favorite place to eat was within walking distance but you can certainly drive to the Kioskos in front of Luquillo Beach. It was very convenient to be able to get food and have a meal at the condo. In the morning the coffee maker was a godsend. The washer and dryer made it so easy not to worry about doing laundry when we got home. The extra towels and beach gear was a lovely addition. If you don’t get the chance to try Bonnie’s rum cakes down the hall, you’ll be missing out. I would say the only thing that the condo needed was a stand up broom, so we could sweep the sand out. This however, is not a deal breaker. Lastly, they had a helpful notebook and guides of places you could go as well as important phone numbers. We will definitely be coming back and also recommend this condo to friends and family.

We stayed a week in PR at this property with our 2 sons -18&15. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast in the morning.. The balcony had a roomy table with a spectacular view where we ate each morning. The property is very safe and secure. Our 15 year old found a way to run 4 miles around the area each day. Bonnie, the super sweet lady down the hall was very friendly and checked in with us regularly to see if there was anything we needed. She also makes the best rum cakes! Be sure to look her up! The People of Puerto Rico were so friendly! We will be back! Thank you for sharing your property with us!

Our family loved this condo! It accommodated all 6 of us nicely with enough towels (including beach towels), bedding and outdoor seating on the balcony where we had lots of family game time. Open the balcony doors and the front door window slats for an amazing cross breeze. And make sure you meet Bonnie a few doors down…she is very helpful with local recommendations and makes the best rum cakes ever! The pool is very nice and the beach is just a short walk away with plenty of shade from coconut trees. The waves were really fun and a calmer beach is also nearby. We would definitely return here!
