I hate doing this. But here goes. Just because you don’t have to. Doesn’t mean you shouldn’t. This property owner TAKES NO PRIDE in the property. From the disrepairs of hanging facia & unkept paint on the exterior … it doesn’t get better once you step in the door. Old cracked entry tile, old outdated showers, out dates worn out kitchen appliances and master bath was gross. Unkept caulk, a jacuzzi the size of another small room makes the master bath suite repulsive. The floor trim was done by an unskilled Handiman, every blind was missing slats or didn’t work. The back slider was filthy & smeared. The patio was dusty and riddled in bird poop. The master shower was slanted and the faucet handle didn’t work we had to tinker to get it to even shut off. I’m being real in my review so the next family comes in knowing what to expect. We think a vacation should be a step up. This property under-delivered and we won’t recommend or return to this or any Caroline One property. They earned this review by not heading it off. Doubt they care. But for those who save all year, the way we do, for a great experience away - be warned, you’ll walk away disappointed that you over paid for a run down rental.

This place was absolutely perfect. Totally as described and as close to everything to do in Folly Beach as possible. The unit is amazingly quiet and clean as can be. The rental agency did a stellar job communicating and we could not of been more happy!

Wonderful home with perfect number of beds/baths for our families! We LOVED being so close to the ocean and still could walk to dining choices! Sorry we couldn’t stay longer!!

Slightly older but clean. Large deck. Could use some new chairs. Close to shopping and restaurants. Parking was great. Easy in and out. Loved our time there and would go back.

Great location to beach, pier, restaurants and bars. Walked everywhere! Clean and everything we needed at the condo. The only negative was the construction on the pier, the cranes were so loud during the day and they blocked the closest beach access to our side, but they were the only inconveniences.

This condo is in a great location. The beach access near the building was closed during day M-F for pier construction, but open evenings and during the weekend.

Great week away with my family. Easy to find. Great location! Unbelievable view from the balcony. Clean and pictures are accurate. Will definitely plan on heading back next year!!

Great location for Folly Beach, biking and downtown Charleston. Only suggestion would be better furniture for the balcony so folks can see over the railing while relaxing!!

This condo was the right size for our family trip and within walking distance to restaurants and shops in Folly, it is next to the pier which is under construction but this did not bother us at all, and was clearly stated before we rented. The views from the deck are amazing ! The unit was clean and we had everything we needed! I gave 4 stars overall vs 5 due to some minor things that could be upgraded : the dryer took forever to dry a load, the rugs could use a cleaning , and the shower doors in the master bath seemed really old .

Would definitely stay there again even with the construction noise. There were only 4 in our party but it would comfortably accommodate 6 adults.

Our family loved this comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated vacation home! The view and location were amazing. We enjoyed the short walk to Bert's market for coffee and dessert. The location was unbelievable. We would love to come back!

Loved our stay at this property! There were some lights not working but other than that, very pleased with location and access to the beach as well as local restaurants. Would definitely book again!

It is a wonderful place to stay BUT I would not stay there again until the construction is complete on the pier. The description does (vaguely) say there is construction and they are not responsible for the noise. I suppose I should have asked more questions about that but the location was so perfect, with the closeness to Center Street and the beach access right on the property (which we found out once we got there is currently closed 7-5 during the week). The construction is on the pier but the construction lot, where all the noise really comes from is actually only a sidewalk width away from the building. It goes on from 7:00amish- 5:00pm every weekday and also the very convenient access walkway to the beach is closed from 7am-5pm every weekday. I understand there is nothing to be done about the noise and it's no one fault but it is extremely annoying and frustration as we did not get the nice, quiet, relaxing beach vacation we had hoped for. The property is very nice. The exterior of the building looks great. The parking was extremely easy and there is an elevator. The property was clean and there was plenty of space for us. The balcony is very large and provides great views. We had a few interactions with the rental company and they were very nice to deal with.

Great location, bad cleaning service. Floors made our feet black so I had to go over them with Clorox wipes. Coffee pot had an old moldy coffee filter in it so I couldn’t use it. I would stay here again if they could ensure better cleanliness. AC had a drip coming from the ceiling and wasn’t working well but maintenance came and fixed it the following morning.

We rented 2 units and brought 13 of us. Very roomy. Small issue with AC however mgmt was all over it. Would definitely recommend.
