Everyone had enough space to spread out and also common spaces for gathering and catching up with good friends. Beautiful place.

This is an amazing property. Clean, glorious views, the owner is quick to respond, and we had a great family reunion. There was plenty of room for everyone, the property is great to just hang out in plus it's close to several attractions to visit. I am recommending this home to all my friends who want an excellent experience.

My family of 17 loved Owl Hollow Inn. We had plenty of room and loved the surrounding property. The grounds were beautifully kept. The house had everything we needed. 3 fridges, 2 kitchens, high chairs upstairs and down. We loved the fire pit and the volleyball area. A little more information about the amenities and kitchen supplies would be helpful.

This home was just PERFECT for our extended family reunion. The amenities were wonderful--two fully stocked kitchens, enough bedrooms and bathrooms for each family, a beautiful yard with plenty to do and see. We loved that the home provided a variety of gathering spaces--the upstairs game room, family rooms on main and basement floors, front porch and back deck, and yard. It was conveniently situated between Lava Hot Springs and Soda Springs. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions. It was a joy to stay here. Our entire family agreed that we would love to return!

This property has a beautiful home with plenty of space and lovely grounds. The owner was great about communicating with us, and was very thoughtful in the things that were provided in the home. The only minor issue for us was that the description said that cell service was usually pretty good, but it was spotty at best for most of us. Since we had family in multiple properties, the challenges this presented were a bit of an issue. But other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!

This is a BEAUTIFUL property with lots of amenities, a super convenient location to everything in Lava Hot Springs and surrounding areas, yet it’s quiet and secluded, all of which keeps us coming back year after year!

The focus of our family reunions is always the children. The size of the beautiful lawn area was great and included groves of trees, perfect for hammocks, two fire pits and plenty of chairs. We brought several lawn games there was plenty of room for adults and children to play and explore the entire weekend. The house was big, comfortable, clean and perfect for our large family. We can’t wait until we can come again.

This was our second time renting this home for our large family to gather at and we loved it. Love how secluded it is while being a short drive from Lava Hot Springs. Lots of space for families to have privacy. Comfortable beds and comfortable bedding!

The house was beautifully decorated and very nicely furnished. The Christmas tree was beautiful! Just right for our Christmas party! Our stay was most comfortable and a very wonderful experience!! I highly recommend this property!

Very easy to book. Everything we needed was there. Kids loved loft. Adults loved space and all enjoyed volleyball and fire pit. Very nice having so many bathrooms. We even saw a moose! Just a grand time.

We loved this property. There was plenty of space for our gathering. The property was clean and well maintained, it had everything we needed to make our stay feel like a home away from home. We loved being outside of town and tucked away into the mountain. The perks were the volleyball and fire pit.

We really enjoyed the stay at the property, but I didn't like the surprise with the final total when all the extra fees were added. I would have appreciated a disclaimer along with the daily rate that additional fees would add up to about the cost of another night. Then I could have been prepared for the total amount. I will probably not use VRBO again because of what I consider a deceptive practice. I thought the requirement of damage insurance in additional to the damage deposit was overkill. I know people can be very careless but do one or the other.

We had a family gathering here. We had around 30 people. We had beds for all. The place had plenty of room for all of us. We saw wild turkeys running on the property.

Our experience is was great at the Owl Inn. Location is great for going shirt distances to museum, resovoir, hot springs. Large enough property lot to have several activities that require space. Had Cottontail rabbits and wild turkeys for drop in visitors for the kids to chase around. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

It was the cleanest and most stocked house we have rented. There was plenty of beds, bedrooms and space for our 21 family members. The grounds are beautiful and the kids loved the outdoor space. It was wonderful that there were beach towels, lawn chairs and firewood. Our family is already talking about staying more nights next year for our reunion. The hostess was very kind, accommodating and helpful. It was hard to leave when the time came to go home. We will definitely be booking next year. Fabulous place!

We absolutely loved this property! The grounds were beautiful-we loved sitting under the trees and letting the kids play. Tarryn was there to great us and also left us with her contact information in case anything came up. There was plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone and the extra kitchen was an added bonus!

We had a blast with our time here. We played Volleyball, basketball, we had dance parties, a murder mystery night. We cooked S’mores, played laser tag, ate out on the deck. We had all this fun at the house. We had plenty of room to have meals together but also to spread out a little if we needed too. Thank you!

We really enjoyed staying at Owl Hollow. The home and property are huge. It is nestled in a small valley and you feel like you are all by yourselves. Only ten minutes from Lava and there was a ton of wildlife there. They have a large grassy area with a volleyball net, and we played soccer and other games with our extended family. Roasted hotdogs in the fire pit and were able to relax and have a great weekend together. It is on our list for a return trip in the future.

We've stayed at this property several times. When there, I feel like, "If I didn't have a job or bills, I'd love to disappear to a place like this.". This time around the valley was greener than ever, the butterflies were abundant, and the wind through the grass and aspen trees was calming and peaceful. We had a family reunion with about 25 people. We played volleyball, made s'mores at the campfire, played games, watched movies, grilled, ate, and talked. During the day we went to nearby Historic Chesterfield and Lava Hot Springs for tubing the moderate rapids, swimming at the slides and high dives, and soaking in the hot springs. For small town or farm country, there is a lot to do. A lot of the family said that they want to come back again. The owner leaves instructions posted that include rules about respecting the neighbors and helping with clean up at check out. I would rate this stay 99 out of 100. The only things preventing a perfect score is that the WiFi is sometimes slow (but really a wonderful place to unplug and forget WiFi) and some squeaky stairs can be touchy if you're the first one awake in a house full of sleeping people.
