the only good thing about this property is the location is not bad, close to the beach

First of all this apartment is very outdated the bathroom sink literally moves and it was done very poorly. the whole apartment just looks and feels old. A lot of the lights don't work the window blinds are horrible and very hard to manage they are very old and dirty window binds. I don't know who cleans the apartment but they are definitely not doing a good job so much dirt and grime everywhere stains on couches, pillows, and blankets windows are filled with dust the apartment is scattered with dead cockroaches everywhere even found in bathroom drawers. Kitchen dishes were done very poorly and always needed a second clean, and most things around the house were very unsanitary. kitchen has no range hood so if you want to make something the smell will go everywhere and this will result in the smoke detectors going off, the couch had stains all over them and it was very disgusting while we were sitting down we saw cockroaches going through the couch so we decided to move the couch to try and kill the insect and the amount of dirt and pollution we found under the couch was purely disgusting we took some photos to show how horrible it was. Also when we booked the apartment it said we would have a balcony and they advertised it very well but when I purchased and arrived at the apartment I was very disappointed with the apartment they gave us. it didn't look anything like the photos and if I had known it was like this and didn't have a proper balcony at the front and how bad and old the apartment is inside I would've never booked.

The man coming up from downstairs, glaring and being very rude and swearing. Telling my partner he was to loud while he was talking to his mate on the phone.

The location near the beach and across from the beach club for access was fantastic.

Probably would not pick those stairs next time to get to the apartment. Not alot of privacy on the balcony. Close to other permanent residences and people with some noise factor to consider. No pool availability and would probably not stay again based on these issues.

Keys were easy to access from the lock box. If you needed the Maroochy Surf Club it's literally on your doorstep so would highly recommend as a place to stay if going there. I was concerned it might be noisy being so close to the surf club but it was fine. Wasn't kept up at all from any noise. Our unit was down the back of the complex though. Clean, comfortable unit. Very close to Mooloolaba. Just a quick drive!

The hard part was finding our unit. Arrived late, very dark complex, Stairwell leading to our unit was not lit up so hard to find. There was a light switch for the stairs once you found the stairs. Hard to ascertain which unit was what number in the dark. Detailed instructions advising of where to find our unit would have been helpful especially since our hosts knew we were arriving late. Arrival information including where to find the car park would have been helpful too. If you wanted to entertain guests, not really the place for it as your outdoor eating areas are right next to other residents. Unit is quite small.

The location was excellent. The room was comfortable and had everything we required.

The carpark was a bit tricky to negotiate. There appeared to be no recycle bin facility.

It was a wonderful location and perfect apartment. We'll definitely be back.

Fantastic location in a quiet suburban yet beachy area

Location, nice comfy apartment with everything we needed.

Nothing we didn’t like, but l think you should have light bulbs that work in all light fittings ,especially in the kitchen/ lounge that is a little dark.

Located in a great place close to eating places. short drive to the local shopping centre. Comfortable space to be in, necessary basics available.

Hot water didn’t last long the entire time we were there. 2 Adults and 2 Children by the 2nd person hot water starts to die off by 4th completely cold (3-4 minute shower per person) which then required to turn into a 1-2 minute quick shower. Hot water was not used for the washing machine and we were not there during the day to use a huge amount. Assuming other people in the facility over using it. Please note Cathy was amazing with her responses and getting sufficient people out to check the water system. Blinds and lamps were extremely dusty.

The only thing I can think of is maybe an aircon in lounge room.

Some electrical problem with stove/oven ( was repaired quickly). Ranch slider door wouldn't lock properly - persistent problem throughout our stay.

Close to the beach and surf club.

Not a heap of restaurants other than the surf club nearby. Also this is an Airbnb not a hotel. While the neighbours were nice it is always a bit weird when you turn up and see peoples laundry as a first thing. No biggie but it always seems to surprise me.

perfect for us, with friends in caravan park . surf club for dinner and breakfast at café near by. No need to travel for anything we needed

No complains . the agent was very helpful and even offered us extra time a very cheep rate.
