The owner , Bill was very welcoming . Knew the area, so that was helpful. The accommodation was spacious and very homely. Clean and comfortable. Highly recommended. The view was lovely too.

Everything! From the comfy bed to the wide array of breakfast choices, the warmth, spaciousness and cleanliness of this accommodation was second to none. The host John made my wife and I feel right at home. Would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Concrete floor in the main living area, very cold on your bare feet. Shower is a little small, especially if you’re a bigger person like me.

Host was friendly, included breakfast was decent, there was a coffee machine (with excellent coffee) heated blankets were nice, it felt homely.

Shower was too small and there were not a lot of power outlets on the bedroom.

This was our first B&B and Everything about it is fantastic. John is an attentive host and the B&B apartment is large and roomy. The view looks out over the local harbour and its very close to town. You will want for nothing while staying here. And with the fire place going there really was no Need to leave at all Only to get dinner & a bottle of wine. A continental breakfast is provided and makes it easy to jump back into your travels. The bed is comfortable & modern. The Bathroom is the same. Everything you get in a good hotel/motel plus more. Easy to find, maps take you there without problem. If ever staying in Sorell again this would be our first choice we rate John's B&B⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ & 👍🏼👍🏼 Craig & Michelle

We liked everything about Panorama on Sorell. It was very comfortable and convenient from Hobart airport. We will definitely book again when travelling that way.

Beautiful, spacious and comfortable apartment with a lovely view and everything you need to unwind :) we spent a very relaxing weekend here and would come back anytime! Plenty of variety in the included breakfast and the hosts were lovely, helpful and hospitable! Thanks a lot :)

Great views from kitchen area. Plenty of space in the kitchen and lounge area. Very clean throughout. Lovely meeting John who gave us good restaurant advice. Also close to Tasmania Golf Club which was great to play

We enjoyed the spacious, very clean apartment. It had everything we needed. It has its own private entrance and an outdoor area with a view over Sorrell. John, the host, was friendly and informative. Supermarkets and restaurants are close by. We used Sorrell as a base for exploring Port Arthur. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful "panoramic" view from downstairs self contained unit, in a quiet residential area of Sorell. Very clean, spacious and comfortable, with excellent wifi, TV, and great breakfast provided. John (the host) was very welcoming and informative about the local area.

Juts about everything about about this air b&b including the view of Sorell and the bay from our room.

I enjoyed that I could access a lovely B and B. I did have some trouble though and felt very upsetfor first 3 hours. Please see notes.

When I arrived I stated that I was absolutely exhausted as I work night shift and needed NEEDED to have a rest. I paid $144 through booking.com and was about $10 per hour! I told John that I will having a day nap and will be awake at night time maybe. He said “you can do what you like”. I was extremely upset from 2:20pm until 5:17pm, I was called earlier that day to ask to check in earlier than 5pm (I should have stayed where I was until after 5pm THAT NIGHT as I was trying to rest as they had to be somewhere which was not my issue as a customer. I checked in and went straight to bed. From the moment I laid down, I could hear loud talking, coughing, furniture being moved, very loud scraping across the floor, loud loud loud footsteps RIGHT above where the bed is located. If you want to rest during the day this is not the place to go to. The ceilings were so thin and I was very irritated and very very very close to leaving... As it was a B and B I didn’t feel like I could ask John to be mindful in his own house that someone was trying to sleep downstairs and had paid nearly $1590 for 1 night. I heard them drive off at 5:17pm thankfully and it was only THEN I could finally rest and drift off to sleep. I woke around the middle of the night and went to access my car and I was LOCKED in from the outside! I was half asleep and panicked until I realised that someone must have come down during my stay and locked me in! I was NOT told anyone was going to come down and lock me in) as I was using the side entrance to access my car as the park offered was far to away to carry stuff in. Never again. I left early.
