Location was good, hotel was clean

Pillows were too soft with no option to change the pillow. The room smelled a little weird, almost like humid carpet. Breakfast variety could be increased.

Mediocre, suits the purpose of being a bed for a couple of nights in the area. Nice design to the rooms and hotel, good location. Sustainable practices being implemented. Room service was brilliant.

Housekeeping needs serious attention - having not managed to clean the room within 6 hours of being out, they still then needed an additional hour and follow up to turn over the room. Even after this, there was no shower gel in the refillable containers.

Thanks to the front office team for the swift check-in It was my first time in Al Ain Aloft, and it was an amazing stay, thank you to the lovely assistance of the Moroccan lady in the bar, and the amazing avocado salad with shrimp.

Location is pristine, very friendly staff and room space and cleanliness was excellent . Highly recommended!

Hotel location is excellent. Starbucks is around 150m away with easy access from the hotel. The hotel is clean with very comfortable beds. Plenty of covered car park with many Tesla parking with available chargers. There is also a 24hr snacks shop in G floor with variety of food choices and coffees. Lastly, Ahmed from the front desk (at night shift on 06/06/23 when I checked in around 11pm) is very professional. it appeared that I had double booking for the same time, he resolve things in one minute!!

I didn’t like guest drinking alcohol and smoking( in )the pool next to my kids. Hotel staff didn’t take action.

Room space was more than expected. Also, the breakfast quality versus the related price was very good. The check-in was smooth, and the staff was friendly & helpful.

The hotel is very well priced great value for money. Everyone was pleasant in the hotel. It is well placed close to the stadium and restaurants but its quiet and you are not disturbed. Al Ain is a very beautiful city . The room was very clean and well laid out. The hotel is n a popular area but its not too busy and there were plenty of restaurants close by to choose from if you didn't want to eat in the hotel. I have stayed here before and I would stay here again

the location is right in the center of a very lively area with many restaurants and close mall , the staff were accommodating and very quick to fulfill requests when asked. check in and out process were very smooth.

restocking amnesties in the room , when they were cleaning. didn’t replace the cups and they took away the bar of soap and didn’t put another.
