Der erste Eindruck und wenn man ins Hotel reingekommen ist, die Gastfreundschaft. Alle waren super nett und haben uns super empfangen. Das Frühstück war super.

Das Haus wird absolut mit Familien gefüllt, dass hätte man vorher sagen müssen. Auf Grund dessen, war der Pool mit 30 Kindern und noch mehr durchgängig gefüllt. Da gab es keine Ruhe oder Erholung. Wir wurden jeden Morgen von den Kindern neben uns im Zimmer geweckt, weil man das Gebrüll durch die Zwischentür hören konnte. Wenn man Halbpension gebucht hat ist man aufgeschmissen, wenn man Abends einen Tisch bekommen möchte ohne Reservierung. Es gab auch keine Information dazu, dass man alles reservieren muss trotz Halbpension. Sachen wurden berechnet die nicht berechnen werden sollten. Tipp an alle anderen: Vor Abreise die Rechnung genau prüfen. Uns wurde vieles auf die Rechnung gesetzt, was wir gar nicht bestellt oder genutzt hatten.

All the people are very kind and gentle. All the place (room, pool, lobby etc..) are very clean.

Good location, decent beach (altho on canal), great hotel design, and classy interiors fitting a Ritz Carlton. Staff was super friendly and nice.

Right across from Zayid grand mosque. High way access, which makes it simpler going to any location within -5-20 minutes

Corridors leading to the rooms needs renovation as the hotel is old.

Friendly staff. Good pool. Pool staff fantastic.

Slow check in and slow check out. Buffet restaurant didn’t replace food fast enough.

1- تعامل الموظفين جداً راقي. 2- اجواء جميلة تحيط ارجاء الفندق. 3- المسبح ممتاز، نادي الاطفال جميل للغاية والعاملين فيه محترفين. 4- سرعة خدمة الغرف في توفير الطلبات. 5- خدمة تنظيف الغرف دقيقين جداً ويهتمون بأدق التفاصيل. 6- منزل الحديقة مريح وواسع وفيه خصوصية واطلالات جميلة تشعرك بالارتياح وتعيشك اجواء الانتماء للموقع.

1- بعد المكان نوعاً ما عن الفعاليات بجزيرة ياس. 2- مرتبة السرير غير مريحة.

The facilities are amazing especially for our 18 month old - he loved the splash park. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Ira greeted us with a huge smile at check in and did everything to ensure we had a fantastic stay. Sanjay looked after us so well at brunch and breakfast and did everything to make our dining experience unforgettable.

Such a comfy bed! Lovely pool area and breakfast had many lovely options. Great location to the Etihad arena.

All was perfect!!! All staff are so kind and helpful and i am very grateful to Tanika, Dipika, Sanjay from the restaurant, Kristley from concierge service and especially guy who works on the beach Rifad, he was very polite and always prepared our place to rest before we came to the beach! Definitely visit this amazing hotel!!!
