Perfect for stay with many kids. Clean. Has the basics in the kitchen to make a decent meal. The property has a little patio with sofa, pool and a coal grill. Car can be parked just outside the gate, very convenient. Balaton is 50 m away. Host was very friendly and accommodating.

Bedsheets and towels were clean! They were, however, very eclectic in color and texture 🤪

Everything was super. The pool is amazing :)

First and above all, we had two different small beaches (at the ends of Tulipán utca and Orgona utca). Both were truly close to our accommodation, even in the eyes of small children. And the lake at both beaches was particularly suitable for our small children. They loved the shallow sandy-bed warm water, they suddenly stopped being afraid of water, they could and wanted to spend even a hour in the lake (it was that warm) and also it was no issue for them to walk to the lake and back multiple times a day -- so we needed not to take care and bring anything with us. Secondly, we had an accommodation with equipment, which parents of small children always appreciate -- decently equipped (and working) kitchen, including glass-ceramic hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, and freezer within fridge, and upstairs there was also a washing machine with drying rack. That combined, it gave parents a peace of mind -- very many things related to small children could be solved almost as easy as if we were home. Happy children and a peace of mind for parents makes any holiday remarkable. Apart from that, our private tiny cosy terrace, with comfy garden furniture, an artificial grass (or turf?), and a small clean pool gave us pleasant moments, whenever we were having a break. Also, there was not much to see around (except for Water Amusement Park, which I highly recommend to children who love to explore), but the location was nice, green, calm and safe with almost no traffic, thus suitable for nice walk when the sun was not too hot. The owners were kind, polite, easy to reach, ready to help, they fixed all that was needed. Both arrival and departure were very smooth.

Two unexpected things were felt unpleasantly during our whole stay. For some visitors it might be a big issue, while for others a non-issue. It was not apparent to us from the description that only two bedrooms had their own bathrooms, while the third room (the one downstairs) did not. There was a toilet next to it. But there was no bathroom washbasin and no shower or bathtub. So it was necessary to go upstairs, walk through one of the remaining bedrooms to its bathroom, and only do the personal hygiene there. The second thing was that the accommodation advertised mosquito nets, which was technically correct: a couple of windows really had the nets. But most did not, neither the balcony or entrance doors. This spoiled night-long natural ventilation. (I confirm that A/C was there, fully operational, quite silent, and at no extra cost. But during our stay, the nights were cool enough to have fresh air, with pleasant temperature, without negative environmental impact.) It did not influence our overall rating, but knowing some details ahead could help to avoid little disappointments: - few bedside lamps (only one bedroom had it, and there was just one), - really tight parking place (we had two compact executive cars), - not working shower in one bedroom (but this particular bedroom had also bathtub and it was working), - missing any kind of divider on a balcony shared with our neighbours (not even as symbolic divider as we had between our pools), - common areas (kitchen with dining table) were not designed for the number of people the accommodation can hold, - strange bedding (none of bed sheets was able to cover the whole bed, and generally bedding looked relatively much cheaper than beds themselves, which on the other hand looked far from cheap, with thick mattresses and separable protective layer), - the furniture and equipment, despite not looking old, deserved a little more maintenance.

Very good location, near to beach. In an apartment, was everything that we need, we had apartment with pool, it was very good choose. owner was helpfull and really nice. I definitely recommend this accommodation.
