I would highly recommend staying in this beautiful home. It was large enough with 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms for everyone to have privacy, and "homey" enough with a great Dinning room, living room for family together time. The bar room with the pool table was a enjoyed by all. I would definitely stay here again. Not only did it meet my expectations, it surpassed them.

This house was perfect to accommodate our family attending a Newport wedding during the high season. The cousins hadn't seen each other for a bit, so they enjoyed all that the house offered in terms of entertainment while being able to retire to their own private quarters following playtime. The house could use another pool cue or two. Strangely, there were no scissors in the house.

Big, spacious and clean. Awesome pool table, bar area and big dining room table for entertaining. The kids really enjoyed the TV room for evening movies. Owner and management were also very nice and very responsive to my texts. We would have appreciated a few more amenities for the price and the noise signs everywhere are a turnoff. The hot tub is nice, but would be a lot more fun if not in a garage with a garage door that doesn't open. Overall, I would book again.

The house met our needs allowing my family and friends to enjoy a lovely Newport getaway.

Stayed here for Labor Day weekend for a wedding in Newport and the location was really close, really spacious with plenty of room to stay, really enjoyed the entire weekend!

House was super clean. Bedrooms were all comfortable and large enough for our group. A/C in all the rooms. There was plenty of room in the downstairs for all of us to be together at meals and play time, large table sat everyone at once, kids loved the pool table. Kitchen was small but well supplied. The backyard was great for us, large and wide open, sports and games. Location was good for us, Howland Park is a short walk and we used the pickleball courts for family tournaments. (there is only one net so we brought our own, there are 3 courts). Sweet Berry Farm is across the street from the park and was a great place to go for lunch. Green End Ave was a bit busy but the house is set far back from the road. The location is just minutes from the beaches and a short ride to Newport. Neighborhood was very nice, good for walks and bike riding. Communication with Valerie (manager) and Chris (owner) was excellent. We had a problem with the outside grill and within 2 hours it was replaced. Did not use the hot tub or ping pong table in the garage, a little dark for the kids. The only thing that wasn't working was the ice maker in the fridge, we never gave it a thought because we had to buy a lot of ice anyway. Overall, we had a great time, we are a very active family and the house worked really well for us.

Plenty of space to socialize. Kitchen was fully equipped. Entire house was clean. The host great to work with. Enjoyed our stay, would do it again.

Nice place for a big group

We had two grandparents six parents and eight children from 3 to 10. Plenty of room for everybody and tons to do in the Newport area. Host was extra special and allowing us to check in early due to a hurricane that was about to Arrive.

This property works well for a large group that uses it as a base. In our case a wedding nearby. We enjoyed all the games that are available, and the hot tub. Plenty of beds to accommodate couples and singles. Note: one of the King bedrooms is a walk-through to the twin room. Minor critique: we could only find two teaspoons for 12 people in the kitchen drawers. Also, there is no real living or family room to hang out comfortably.

Place was very spacious and enjoyed the amenities (pool tasble, ping pong, foos ball & Jacuzzi). One issue is with the WiFi. Need to boost the strength of the Wifi. Bad reception in the master bedroom. Also the warning of being thrown out and no 2nd chance if there is any kind of a raucus that bother the neighbor is very unwelcoming and harsh. Must be a better way to communicate to a rental customer.

Chris is very kind and helpful, and keeps a clean and fun house. Our group was highly satisfied and we especially enjoyed the hot tub!
