The location was fantastic - right in the town centre - and it was very reasonably priced. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the kitchen had everything we needed.

No toilet roll, soap or washing up liquid had been left for our stay, which was very awkward as we arrived on Christmas eve! Also, the main bedroom needs curtains, and the property needs an outside light as it was very dark and the steps were dangerous.

there were a big number of things in the visitors book that had not been dealt with. any one or two of these would have been inconvenient but you wouldn’t have noticed, however we found at least 10 things that needed looking at so this was not good!

We had a quiet rest and the flat was lovely and warm. The wifi could have been better but as for the rest of our stay we had no dramas. I would stay there again.

Poor Wifi and having to leave the property by 09.00 was a bit early.

Good location close to Keswick centre

Apartment is in a bit of disrepair. Nothing has a recent pat test (dated backing 2017), towel rail is disconnected, electric shower on the wall is also disconnected. Light switch in kitchen was hard to find as a cabinet had been fitted above it. Blinds in the bed room don't provide much privacy. No windows can be opened in the bedroom (fire risk?).

We were not told the key lock code until I rang up. The front door was a bit fiddly to open

Comfy bed, central location. Allocated parking.

Few basic problems. Key was very poor fit in lock and on numerous occasions struggled to unlock door from inside, not to good if there was a fire. Windows also not easy to open. General cleanliness, especially bathroom walls. Bulb in second bedroom not working as reading light above double bed. Leak on bathroom towel rail, dripping on floor.

The location was fabulous. Ideal for accessing the lake and town.

Some of the furnishings were getting worn. The blinds were broken at the front windows. The light bulb in the twin bedded room did not work. The emergency lighting in the bedroom made it difficult to sleep. The apartment could have been a bit cleaner. Bed linen was clean but pots, pans and cutlery needed a wash before use. One of the twin beds had to be moved to get into the wardrobe.
