Very clean, very modern - weird smell of fabric conditioner everywhere. All slightly weird. House is clearly purpose-built for this - all separate apartments, used mainly by Eastern European workmen who work on contract in the area. Thus very safe, because all decent people. Washing machine and dryer work well, all very high standard apart from single beds with weird mattresses.

You have to pick up the key in another village - and the people speak neither proper English nor proper German. I had to converse by talking into a translation app with a woman who had Cyrillic characters on her phone. Also: what is it with the cash deposit???????? They already have my card details - WTAF? Totally weird set up - i made them return my cash in cash, as otherwise they say they make a bank transfer - I did not trust them to make an international transfer AND pay for hte international payment charge. Also the place is full of warnings and rules: feels like staying in a borstal rather than a hotel. It was very hot when i stayed there - but could not keep windows open over night and very loud traffic on main road.

It is a perfect apartment with everything you need. Best place to stay in Mainz- large, comfortable and cozy. Host was very nice and helpfull, we had very good contact by phone and Whatsapp.

The apartment is really well equipped. Very good location of the apartment. For a business stay in Mainz this apartment is like a second home.

This location is outside Mainz but in a nice little neighbourhood. Good wine locations in the vicinity. The washing machine and dryer were excellent. Kitchen had all that was needed.

Location was great. Very modern and good accommodations.
