Everything. Our 3rd time staying at the Soho Leala, and will be our go to place wheneve we hit KL. Clean, comfortable, convenient and no hidden charges.

Can’t really say anything. Everything was perfect, well thought of. We even asked for a dryer and they got one delivered! What more can you ask for?

Ease of check in and out. Clean apartment with attentive service plus it's central location made travelling around a breeze. Internet speed was superb!

The location was very handy. The apartment was on the 43rd floor which was very good. Facilities in the apartment was very good.

The location cannot be beaten, the space, beds, showers and amenities. There are a washer and dryer, so you can do all your laundry and not pile it up for when you return home.

Location are strategic to the heart of the city. Can go by walk to KLCC, Aquaria, Pavillion. The apartment is spacious,clean,comfortable and got a nice view. I can see the KLCC tower from the second bedroom. All the amenities provided by the host as well convenience carpark access.We were assist by Amit during the check in and check out. He’s kind and helpful. A very nice welcoming and customer services provide by the Host JP. Definitely one of the best stay and vacation we had at KL.

So far nothing except we have to pay for the pool because it own by the club.

Great service from the staff with clear & personal guidance in-person for check-in & check-out, and friendly whatsapp correspondence. Unit is spacious, cozy with good views of the city. Location, security & parking (avoid driving big vehicles due to narrow turning) are good. Water dispenser, facilities.

Couldn't seem to locate any power points for kettle & toaster at the kitchenette. Have to connect the kettle in the living room.

오래된 곳이긴 하지만 깨끗하고 세탁기,건조기까지 있어서 정말 편했어요.한국 방송도 실시간 볼수 있고 밥도 해먹을수 있는 커트러리와 모든것이 있어서 부모님이랑 밥도 해서 먹었어요.위치도 쌍둥이 빌딩과 파빌리온 쇼핑몰,수리아 쇼핑몰이 10분내 갈수있어서 정말 좋아요 그리고 특히 호스트가 너무 친절하시고 저희의 부탁도 다 들어주시고 정말 이렇게 친절한 호스트는 처음이예요.정말 너무너무 잘 지내다 돌아왔습니다.적극 추천이요👍

Everything. This place and host was definitely worth every penny. Location is perfect walking distance to the walking bridge that connects KLCC to Pavilion. They have complete appliances in the suite and the host was very responsive and fast.

One of the lift was not working when we were there and it doors wouldn't shut and we tried pressing the buttons to get another lift to come up but this broken lift was still there so the other lifts were not responding in time. Took us awhile to get going plus our grab driver was already waiting. Other then that, the stay was excellent.
